The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

Great location, just minutes of walk to the Gulou attraction. 5 minutes walk from the metro station that has a few attractions in that line. Staff is friendly n room is very clean, cozy and quiet. Lots of eateries nearby and downstairs of the hotel too. Special thanks to Andy and we will book again on our way back to Tianjin.

I had a great experience at Novotel hotel. It was exceptionally clean and gave off a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and professional. They even offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more memorable. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The spacious and well-lit layout made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great environment for rest. The room was well-equipped with amenities, and I appreciated the convenience of free Wi-Fi and other facilities. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I enjoyed the surrounding area, which had plenty of restaurants and shopping centers, offering more options during my leisure time. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my stay at Novotel hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable, clean, and service-oriented experience. A big thank you to the hotel staff for providing me with a memorable upgrade experience!

The location of the hotel is excellent! Give it a five-star, it takes only six or seven minutes to walk to the ancient cultural street. There is a big shopping mall next to it, and there are many restaurants downstairs. To be honest, the environment is okay, and it is relatively clean. The automatic toilet is a pleasant surprise. For such a three-diamond hotel, it is rare for managers to have such a sense of serving customers. Eating pancakes for breakfast will make you hairy, I hope you will pay attention to it in the future!

We decided to travel to Tianjin with our family at short notice. We booked an executive twin room. The shower head in the bathroom was leaking. After reporting it to the front desk, it was fixed immediately. The hotel has friendly service, convenient transportation, very close to the northwest corner, and very cost-effective.

The hotel I stayed in was very comfortable. The hotel also has a free parking lot. The location is superior and the transportation is convenient. The subway station and Joy City are just a few minutes away. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, the hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is comfortable. The breakfast is also good, with many varieties, and I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high. The service of the lady at the front desk is also very good. The first time I came to Tianjin, I chose a hotel in Jianguo. It did not disappoint. Tianjin is generally low in prices, and the hotel is the same, and the price is very high. The location is on the edge of the Haihe River. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the old street and the Tianjin Eye. Walking on the edge of the Haihe River, watching people sing and dance, a cruise ship sailing in the lighted Haihe River, I feel that the people of Tianjin are so happy. It is also very close to Italian style Street and Five Avenues, each with charm. In short, this hotel is worth recommending if you come to Tianjin.

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

I booked this hotel after seeing some reviews on here,the location is great,the door is not visible from the road even though its right there,it has a beautiful rustic feel and look from the outside,checkin took soo loong (probably due to covid ).,they have measures in place if you cant speak chinese.,the reception area is okay,the elevator is a little old but works fine.The room has a beautiful aesthetic,i loved the loft concept.,the beds are comfortable,it is very clean and welcoming.love everything about the room.Breakfast is a set meal.,which was okay could be better .,the people working there are lovely ,which made our stay even more pleasant.would recommend .

This time we went to Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, and now we are still living in Xi'an. The price is higher and lower, but the health is really the worst in Tianjin.
