Overall, this was a memorable hotel stay due the high quality of the hotel and the superb service provided. On arrival we were very pleased to receive an upgrade to a junior suite. We also received one free voucher for a facial which was a delightful surprise for the other half. The hotel is situated around 10 minutes walk from the waterfront and the nightlife area with some great restaurants is close by. The front desk service was excellent and helped us book a day trip to Vergina for the following day. The room was spacious, very well sound proofed to external noise and very comfortable with a comfy bed. The bathroom was modern and a decent size. Breakfast was al a carte, which was a nice break from the usual buffet. The dishes, often with local ingredients were excellent.

The service provided by the staff throughout my visit was nothing short of exemplary - every request was met with efficiency and genuine hospitality, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Moreover, the premises themselves exuded luxury and attention to detail. The amenities provided were top-notch, offering both comfort and convenience at every turn.

Amazing hotel in the hart of Thessaloniki. Spacious room end beautiful bathroom. Very clean. A la carte breakfast is served all day offering wide variety of food. Very near to Ladadika neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants.

Lovely hotel, with friendly and attentive staff. For example, on our arrival, the man at the desk saw that I had a small child with me and suggested a quick alteration of the furniture layout to better accommodate us. Very polite and professional reception staff, domestic and other staff, overall. Quickly corrected any mistakes if there were any. We also loved the food in the restaurant - very high quality. We realised that the prices were high for Greece but still less than I'd pay for similar food in the U.K. In terms of the free breakfast, we actually really liked that we could come down at any time to have it, especially as a small child can derail best-laid plans. In fact, leaving breakfast till later meant that it was much quieter and we didn't feel as bad if our child decided to cry. FYI, they have high chairs for children. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Minor cons only: - There was a small gym, nothing fancy - in case that's important for some. - Laundry service but no on-site self-serve washing machine, etc. We ended up finding a really good self-serve laundrette a short walk away with Google's help, which even had a vending machine to purchase washing powder. - Only one small lift.

Everything about this place is just amazing. Location, staff, comfortable beds, spacious beds, calm surroundings, no city noice… and the best of all: you can literally eat your “breakfast “ any time you want throughout the day! Perfect for not-so-early-birds kinda people:)

Beds and pillows very comfortable hotel and service was good , in house restaurant and free services were very good.But the hotel itself was in a very strange part of town. I did not like the area at all and it did not line up with what I read in the reviews prior to booking this place
