Breakfast provided. The disadvantage is that the hot water is slow to come out and the water temperature is not very stable. Overall there are 90 points.

Special thanks to Nikos & Konstantina 😍 - Breakfast: Huge variety of extremely well done dishes, fresh local products & lovely ladies running the show ☕️🥐🥯 - Location: Couldn’t be better, totally central yet not noisy at all ✅ - Facilities: We chose that hotel for its urban legend vibe, location, value for money, parking access and last but not least pet friendliness. Not only they welcome us and our dogs with yummy treats when we arrived we walked into a fab room with a dog bed (per dog) which was definitely posher than ones we have at home 🐾 - Hotel: Super high ceiling elegantly, recently and brilliantly refurbished. Everything is brand new, super efficient and you definitely get more than you need 🥇 - Room: Well, from the quality of the materials, linens and so on our rooms had one of those showers you don’t want to walk out from 🔝 Overall we can’t wait to visit this favorite hotel and lovely city again 🤞🏩❤️

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was only one night, but I guess its sufficient for whatThessaloniki has to offer. The hotel and the rooms are well kept and clean. I recommend having the room to the backside of the hotel. The breakfast was nice and had some local touches. The staff at the reception are very nice, I arrived at 11 o clock in the morning, and without hesitation or asking for a fee I was given my room. Whenever I had a question the staff was nice and very efficient. The surroundings of the hotel are not so clean and well kept, but the city center is within walking distance.

Decided to book this place for 1 night (thankfully) and, boy oh boy, it was a rough one. Only thing worth is the location. Room is very tight. Small toilet. Noisy plumbing. No view at all. Pictures are very misleading. The bed was painfully uncomfortable with a very old matress.I barely interacted with the staff. Cleaning was OK for how old and rusty this place is. The absolute worst thing was the temperature. The heating alternated from very cold to very hot every 30 minutes due to heating turning on and off, which made us go from sweating to being really cold fast. Overall this place was a nightmare to the poiny i considered booking somewhere else and letting my money go to waste. I really cant recommend this to anyone.

Staff very helpful and friendly, especially the matredi in the restaurant who sometimes helps out at breakfast. The breakfast is ideal of the best we have had in a hotel. The hotel is mainly for business travellers though it is perfectly located to walk the whole of Thesoliniki attractions including restaurants and bars. Woken too often in the morning by cleaning staff and this reminded us why we have only used air b and b for the past 5 years. The "suite" we had was not a suite, just a decent size room with a large balcony and no adjoining rooms ect. The road outside is VERY noisy most of the night with revving cars and load car stereos which can't be helped but better soundproofing would be helpful. Some free, local drinks in the room fridge but I would expect more variety and amount given the price for the room. They were helpful and put alcohol free beer in as I requested. 6 euros a bottle on the room service but only 48 cents in local shop. I know they have to make money but this is an insult. Overall a well positioned and smart hotel mainly for business travellers with a good restaurant. Major issues with heating not working for 3 nights on the run which for this standard of hotel was very disappointing. They did offer to change our room at 1am but that's not the point. This should have been dealt with after our first cold night (it was -4 outside!)
