Nice location, but if you are there for the convention center, there are certainly closer places. The restaurant is good. close to riverwalk. All staff was excellent. 5 comfortable pillows for one bed. A lot of usb and outlets. Nice shower. Free weight dumbbells and treadmills open 24 hours.

I cannot say enough great things about Martha! She was kind, thoughtful and so very helpful! David and I were so thankful for her. People like her makes people feel comfortable and cared about. Just love her!

Bit miffed we missed the breakfast. Wasn't told it ended at 9.30am when we checked in. Other than that it's in a good location and within walking distance to Amelie Stadium

Staff should have described property amenities at check in. There is a wonderful 4th floor outside deck open for lounging, with an awesome firepit. We weren't aware of it until our second night's stay.

We usually stay here for this particular event what I didn’t like was the restaurant we usually go to middle of the day had a pub crawl not just one but three different ones so the table we had reserved we could not sit at they didn’t have enough servers and the manager explained that some people called in sick They made us wear band to have breakfast in the morning and there were people in there having breakfast with no band. I don’t even know if they were staying at the hotel. Although it’s a beautiful place, it’s a shame that they had all these young people come in, practically busloads during the middle of the day , I stay there again yes I eat the restaurant during the middle of the day with the pub crawl never I wanna do a shout out to Nashlee. She was very helpful and understood our frustrations. She was our waitress in the restaurant.
