La comida mal confeccionada la habitación maloliente, porque fue de fumadores la alfombra maloliente el servicio de limpieza a tiempo prontito, pero la habitación fue de fumadores terribles

The staff was amazing which made this stay very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and updated. The front desk was there to help every single guest with every single thing that came their way. I was in the lobby often during our 3 day stay and witnessed them solve many issues for guests that were non hotel related. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Choice of restaurants close by was the best!

It was difficult to get in the rooms. The key cards didn't communicate well with the mechanism. The quality of the cable was spotty on half the channels and the pool was closed for maintenance. Pool being closed is completely understandable, it was just a bummer when you have 2 kiddos on a warmer *winter* day. Staff was friendly and helpful, though. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and smelled nice. No bugs at all! The little ***** mall in front has a nice sandwhich shop, boba/poke shop, and a smoke shop. It was a 20-25 minute walk to the stadium and was well lit with nice sidewalks the entire way. I'd stay again, for sure.

All the staff was really nice. Other than that tho I will never stay at that hotel again. The tv would just not have any sound sometimes randomly, the bathroom sink had pipes that weren’t even really connected and was leaking into the bathroom, 1 out of 3 ice machines worked, the pool was closed and empty and then they started filling it up with a water hose early morning but it didn’t say anything on our trip that the pool was closed. My 3 kids were really looking forward to that and we brought all their bathing suits and floaties and to still pay the same price even without the ability to swim is kinda wild. We stayed here to attend the Monster Jam since this hotel was so close we really thought it would be nice, especially spending over $200 for a night.

Stayed in a suite. The kitchenette was just a counter with a full sized fridge. Adding a sink and moving the coffee maker and microwave to that area with a small table for eating would make this space feel usable vs empty. The rest of the room was great!

This is obviously a very old building and there were a lot of things that needed to be replaced. Our couch bed was decrepit with spots all over it, there were stains on the floors, there were barely any lights in our room, the bathroom door had paint peeling, there was a bug in the bathroom, the hot tub was cold. Those were the main issues and the staff did their job but they weren’t too concerned with us.
