Our last two nights with them were crazy! It is the summer season, with average temperatures of 36 degrees Celsius, and the room's central air conditioning was automatically shut off after midnight, around 2 a.m. I called up the reception and was told that we had to restart the AC power. Last morning, before checking out. The AC automatically adjusted to 24 degrees Celsius and slowly went up to 26.5 degrees Celsius!!! Hellooooo... Do you guys know how stuffy and warm it was to be in the room with these crazy claimed to be centralised temperature settings?? Overrated hotel. Overrated services and rooms on social media platforms. During checkout, there was a lady at the reception; she was the only staff member there, always with a smile and a humble attitude.👍 Thumbs up to her sincerity and patience!! She was on shift on July 23, 2024, during the checkout period (afternoon). (Young, petite-sized lady.)

I loved staying here at Orange Hotel! Lugagge storage, breakfast, free ice cream, free laundry(bring your own detergent), everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing and in such a great location!

Excellent location right next to Ximending. Had a breakfast voucher for Mos Burger or Louisa Coffee. Clean and comfortable room. Would recommend

Great location! This is a nice hotel located in the Ximending district in Taipei. It is close to a huge shopping area and to the LGBT bars and club zone. It’s a very modern friendly open area with shops and bars and clubs that are open late so if you’re looking for shopping or fun, this area is great for you to stay. It’s also close to the Ximen metro stop which is about a two minute walk from the hotel so you were on the blue and green line line for your convenience. The hotel is also a one minute walk from the red house, which is a great hub to get awesome, souvenirs and gifts. The hotel had a lot of amenities and great things. They provided lots of snacks and drinks in their lobbies so you could take before you venture out. They also provided breakfast coupons to restaurants located nearby. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and hope to come again. Also, the rooms were very clean very modern. Very nice the room I had was small, but comfortable for one person.

Great location, cozy room and great room service cleaning. Location, room, facilities, and reception are really great. Good shower. Lots of food and shops around the area Cons: Room is very small but the bed was comfy. They offer breakfast but in MOS burger which is 5mins walk. Good location and friendly staff would be nice if the hotel gives bottle of water inside the room instead of getting ourselves water outside at the pantry.
