The location of the hotel is great, there is a department store nearby called Ming Yao. Lots of familiar stores too like uniqlo, zara, h&m and starbucks in the area. train station is also close, there is also a supermarket called Carrefour and 7eleven near the hotel. Happy with their service, the front desk that assisted us is very kind and warm, the check in time is 3pm but we got in the room at 2:20 pm which was so considerate. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again if ever I will go back to Taipei.

Need to carry your luggages up to the level via lift; can be a hassle if you have too many luggages as the lobby is at level 10-11 (forgot which). The room is very basic; u got to take your own toothpaste/brushes at check in lobby as they don’t provide inside the room. Location is great though; just opposite XMD and downstairs there is a 7-11. We tried to ask for late check out but can’t. Overall a alright stay, won’t leave you very much deep impression. My kids were sitting at the arm chair and touched the curtain, lots of dust came down too 😅😅😅 so cleanliness wise need to improve for sure. Only plus point is the awesome location & affordable rates!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, all of the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to explain where some of the restaurants and shopping areas were located. The young gentleman working behind the desk was always willing to share his advice about the things I should see. He really made my short trip to Taiwan a great experience. My room was huge. It was a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. The location is so convenient. Easy access to metro stations, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centres. Great value. I would highly recommend.

It takes 6-7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel room has a separate bathtub and shower room and the toilet is large enough. Breakfast is also rich. The only bad thing is that the sheets and pillows in the room are stained

Small room. Great location. Highly recommended. But the price is on the high side.

The room consider big and spacious! Stayed 2 nights, they clean the room and put all your stuff in a good order. Although no breakfast included, but they provided instant coffee and wulong tea bag. And nearby got small restaurants to eat as well. Very convenient. It’s near to downtown area too.

Second time staying here. This time I stayed in a two-bed room. It has all the facilities that the room should have. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot. The check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. The elevator requires a card sensor.

I live in a single room. Some of the walls are made of wooden boards. There are also signs of water seepage around the windows. Some of the walls are between the boards. Having said that, the toilet is very big. It's a pity that the reflective paper pasted on the windows is It was so quiet, and I was afraid of the spring sunshine. I had to put up newspapers to cover myself, so I could take a shower safely. The bed and sheets were clean, but the carpet was a bit worn. The double room my friend stayed in was just a normal room, and it looked good. I looked at it The triple room is also very spacious! The hotel is in a good location. There is a 24-hour Carrefour in the isolation area. It is very convenient to reach Ximending in ten minutes' walk!

The service was top notch. The check in desk upgraded us to a bigger room after we found some blobs on the carpet of the first room given. Nonetheless, the upgraded room was not as clean as it should be. Thick dust on top of the washroom telephone set (see photo). On top of that, the top of the bowl underneath the cover seat of the toilet was yellow 😟. These are all unfortunate negligences that bring down the score of this hotel. Hope this review will help them to improve.

Staff who can speak Japanese ... At my time, only Katakoto was there. I felt that the breakfast staff could do it better. (There was dust in the parts that were hard to reach for cleaning, and some box of garbage fell under the table next to the bed. Hair was sticking to the waterproof silicon in the bathroom.) The floor is not carpet, It was a flooring sheet. There was a full-length mirror, but it wasn't very useful because the position was bad, but it was better than nothing. The location is between Minquan West Road Station and Nakayama Kuniko Station on the Nakawa Shinro Line at the transfer station of the Tamsui Shinyi Line and the Nakawa Shinro Line of the Taipei Shotoku MRT, both of which took less than 10 minutes on foot. There are many convenience stores nearby, and the night market of the castle town behind the hotel is recommended. Especially I want to eat water dumplings again! Breakfast was simple with porridge, white rice, fried rice, soup 1 type, bread, fried *, bacon, milk, orange juice, raw vegetables, fruits, bananas and oranges. The banana was very sweet and delicious! The last day was a tour that left when I couldn't eat breakfast, so he prepared a sandwich.
