Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

O quarto que a recepção me cedeu era particularmente agradável, de frente para a Igreja da Santíssima Trindade. Fiquei realmente surpreso no momento em que abri as cortinas. Todos os funcionários que conheci foram muito simpáticos, e o hotel tem uma ótima localização, perto de muitos pontos turísticos. Foi uma viagem muito agradável!!! Eu, pessoalmente, recomendo muito!

Well it was a bog building with multiple options, rooms are old and furniture is also old, cleanliness was an issue in rooms no dustbin no tissue in room, location was good thats a plus along with a bowling ally is added advantage

Marjan Plaza is a relatively new hotel which is located close to a metro station making it very easy to reach many points of interest. The hotel is spotless, has a beautiful pool and spa area, good breakfast, very nice staff. We felt at home at this hotel and will certainly return. The value for cost is fantastic and therefore I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I would consider changing is the opening time of the pool and gym. They open at 9am whereas most people who are in to sports would prefer working out/swimming before breakfast so it would be nice if the pool and gym would open at 8am.

Everything was good enough! The swimming pool is comfortable to use when it is 17 degrees outside. The furniture is quite old though.

Really thanks for this service. The hotel was amazing and beautiful. Also the breakfast was so delicious and fantastic. Hope to book a room again as soon as possible. And thanks for this hotel. It was the most beautiful trip for me to enjoy there ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙈

Great hotel with fitness center and sauna! Staff was friendly as well If you want quiet stay it is hilltop so you can enjoy staycation Balcony was spacious as well Good for family and couple stay

Pegamos um táxi da estação de trem de Tbilisi até o hotel, o que levou cerca de 20 minutos. O hotel tem uma ótima localização; fica bem em frente ao centro comercial. Os quartos eram limpos e higiênicos. O hotel tem piscina. O café da manhã também era farto. A única desvantagem é que fica perto de uma avenida principal, então é um pouco barulhento à noite.

A melhor coisa sobre este hotel é a sua localização!Tudo está à volta do canto para a primeira vez de turista. Ao Mesmo tempo, Muito tranquilo Quando está fora das ruas principais. A Sala tripla era Muito pequena para três pessoas, a Sala de show era ainda Mais pequena do que razoável, a Sala tinha paredes de arranha e tapete usado, e é UMA corda de necessidade de atualizar e refrescar quartos para o preço e a classificação de estrelas. O pequeno-almoço era VERY básico e limitado para 4*. Não espere muito, se o pequeno-almoço é importado de SUA visão. O hotel é composto por duas casas ligadas.Uma tem um elevador, MAS outra não!Estamos falando 4 andares SEM elevador.Tenha cuidado quando reservar um quarto. Pode ser útil enviar um pedido especial para atribuição de uma sala a parte “lifted” se tiver questões de mobilidade. As camas são confortáveis e grandes.A Linha é fresca e espinhosa. Muito limpa. Boa sorte e desfrute de SUA viagem!
