"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

UUsuário convidadoWe had a great stay at this ”Minsu” . The owners (young coule) were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about local attractions and got us an experienced tour guide for our two day photographic tour. We were also able to walk to the scenic site ”Beiji” in about 20 minutes to photograph an unforgettable sunrise. The lodging was very clean and modern and the breakfast was excellent. All in all a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

AAlica2709The location of the hotel is generally good — you can see the sea, and the property itself is well maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel leaves much to be desired, and the area around it looks quite deserted and shabby. The interior is very minimalistic and gives the impression of being unfinished.
The service could be improved but isn’t bad.
Breakfast is Chinese-style and not a buffet — specific dishes are served directly to your table, like a set menu. This could also be improved.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is good/okay.

UUsuário convidadoGood location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor.
We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in.
The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer.
The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

Rooms were big, they have ceiling to floor windows which offered great views of the sea
It is a relatively easy place to find as it is the first building after turning in from the main road
Staff there were friendly and helpful
On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us
Will definitely be back again to stay at this amazing hotel

The room facilities are brand new, complete and comfortable, especially the mattress is very comfortable and I like it. The service of the homestay is also very good, and the fruit is delivered intimately at night, praise! Especially to praise his tea, ”wild tea” is very good! UUsuário convidado當天提前聯繫了老闆和老闆娘，約好到達時間後，讓他們特意到碼頭來接，如果自己過去確實不太方便，這一點真的省心很多。一見面就能感受到他們的熱情和真誠，讓人一下子有了度假的感覺。
入住後，老闆還根據我們的行程時間，幫我們規劃了島上的遊玩方案，哪些地方適合看風景、怎麼安排比較不累，都講得很清楚。島上吃飯我們基本也都在他們家解決，吃之前會先介紹當天有哪些菜，如果有特別想吃的，也可以提前跟他們説，溝通起來很順暢，飯菜也很合胃口，價格很實惠。
房間乾淨整潔，衞生做得很好，住得很安心。房間還帶一個小露台，早上可以坐在露台上看日出，吹着海風，看着天慢慢亮起來，特別舒服。整體體驗非常加分，是一家很用心、很有人情味的民宿，來嵛山島很值得選擇。

GGuest UserA quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle is not located in the internet-famous Dongbi Village (which is extremely noisy, packed with tourists, and bustling with cars and horses). Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient.
The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).

衞生：隨客更換的用品清潔到可以，房間窗台，電視等枱麪灰塵有點大。需要清潔死角。
設施：略有老化，窗户把手鬆動，開關很危險。
不足：床頭插座太靠下了，快充頭塞不進去，牀頭櫃特別重，很難推拉。
