The view from the room is great! ! ! The room has a small balcony. When you open the balcony door, you can see the Niccolo Hotel opposite and the island outside. Sitting on the balcony drinking and looking at the other side of the lake, the lights at night are also very beautiful. Thanks again to July for helping me with the upgrade! It's a pity that I came alone hahaha There is also a water-to-sky terrace on the fifth floor, where you can sit and relax. It connects the east and west wing rooms, enjoy the scenery, and chat casually. I think it will be great. It is a very good design. I borrowed the hotel's bicycle to ride around the lake, and I was able to have an overview of the environment around the hotel. The water flow and greening design was very professional, and I liked it very much. You can see the Eastern Gate very clearly from the outdoor swimming pool, but it is a pity that it is not open this season. I took a few quick photos and continued riding. I also saw a place for pets to play around. Most of the service staff in the hotel will take the initiative to say hello, and when checking out, they will also take the initiative to remind me not to forget my ID, wallet and other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. We got upgraded to the most amazing room. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was close to a subway and a lot of restaurants down the road. I highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived at 11:00am and was given whatever was available, which was not a very nice room. But that was my fault, because I really just needed to shower and rest. I appreciated Summer getting me a room right away. And she recommended I change rooms the next day. The next day, Maria was incredibly helpful in finding me a much nicer room with an amazing view of Jinji Lake. And she continued to assist me with other questions. Serena, as well, was very helpful in rebooking my stay for two more nights!

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

The impression is that the hotel is in a good location, located on the side of Ligongdi Road, backed by Jinji Lake. The front desk service was also good. After the check-in procedure, take us to the room. Our twin room is free to upgrade to the queen room. Although this queen bed is also made of two small beds. Hotel facilities are old but clean. There is no discomfort to stay. But the hotel TV has no cable network signal, and the only few central stations are also snowflakes, and they can't watch at all. Calling the service staff can't solve the problem. It is said that there is no way for these programs to be speechless. Breakfast is relatively simple, full but not rich, and the taste is average. The parking space is small, but fortunately, I came early and I didn't encounter any problems with parking. For example, during the peak hours of the program, parking is also a troublesome thing if you come late. As a price of more than 700 yuan a night, the price/performance ratio is still a bit worse.

In Moonlight Wharf, the location is good and travel is quite convenient. The front desk and restaurant are not in the same building as the guest room. After checking in, the front desk will lead you to the next building. When I asked the lady about the direction of the subway station, she said that it would take half an hour to walk. I checked the map for about three to five hundred meters. Either she didn't understand my question clearly, or she was not familiar with the surrounding conditions. Some lights in the room are not on, maybe I don't know how to read the switch signs. Although there is basically no sound insulation in the windowless room, there is still a lot of dust, and the shoehorn is covered with dust. The hotel is currently in a large construction site. I was woken up by the sound of a large vehicle at 5 o'clock in the morning on holidays, followed by other residents talking loudly in the corridor. The accompanying breakfast was passable, and the shepherd's purse spring rolls were even a bit tasty. When you check out and check out, you will take the initiative to ask if you have a car.

Nice hotel in a perfect location near the lake bars clubs and the best western restaurants I feel in and around Suzhou. Only issue the hotel does have a bit wear and tear other than that perfect place to stay

I loved everything about Niccolo Suzhou. My Room was very Clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to make my birthday and my stay extra special. The Service at the hotel and Bar was exceptional as well. I would definitely send a friend of mine.
