Great team. From management to ground level staff. You can see everyone is pulling their weight and making sure the guest gets positive experience.
Clean bathroom, clean wall, clean atmosphere within the hotel boundaries.
Staff friendly and always have smiles on their faces. Very responsive when a request is made.
Will come back again.

Well this is our first time staying in this hotel, when we arrived the staff was so nice, they help us alot in the checkin process and it didnt take long till we finally arrived at our room.
The room was standard and we got the back view of the hotel, it was a river and some neighbours area, but at night, it was a better view. It was clean and tidy, most of it was already there and we just had to settle first. Actually it was quite nice to stay here, the vibe to rest and relax was quite here.
The breakfast was quite nice also, we got some Indonesian buffets with a lot of choices, it tastes good and quite satisfying.
Lemme tell you about some annoying things that happened to us, at midnight around 2am there some guests that try to enter our rooms, i guess they were drunk and chose the wrong rooms, it was quite some times, till they realised it was the wrong rooms, it didn't bother us much, but the wife was quite startled,
But overall it was quite an experience to stay here, definitely maybe we will choose this hotel again for our next staycation, thanks
