staying the umpteenth time at my favorite hotel after a fullday of working, surely made the body and mind fresh again. as usual I always order room service, and I recommend , especially the Angsle. it's a must be try also deep Prawn Mayonnaise which is very delicious.

If you don't mind hotels with old nuances and so-so service... Then this hotel might be the right choice. A few useful tips for you: order from the application with the lowest rate, choose the lowest class, do not order the service with breakfast, most importantly ... Lower expectations as low as possible Plus: the price is very cheap, the publish-rate is even cheaper than some apps. Their lowest class (July 2022) is only 270k, 290k with breakfast (usually fried rice delivered to each room). The location is right in the heart of Surabaya, next door to Plaza Surabaya, Surabaya Square, Submarine Monument, and 5 minutes walk from Gubeng Lama Station. And oh yeah, each of their rooms is equipped with a bathtub. Minus: some of the interiors seem gloomy and many are already dull. The swimming pool is so-so, but not child-friendly, the shallowest part is 1.2 m and there is no clear barrier with the bottom of the pool sloping to a depth of 1.9 m, so parents who invite their children to swim here must really accompany and ensure children just play along the stairs to enter the pool. Coffee, tea and toiletries provided are only for one person each, except for two towels which look very dull. The hotel staff cleaned our room well and gave us new towels. So many options for breakfast: porridge, chicken soto (soup), fried rice, noodle, pecel, salad, fruits, vegetables; bubur madura; fries; omelette, waffle; steamed sweet potatoes. The hotel even provides jamu (herbal drinks), juice, milk, cereal and coffee. The security helped us with our big luggages 🥰

ADA PEROSOTAN +JUNGKAT JUNGKIT ITU BERKARAT SEMUA DAN TIDAK DIGANTI RUSAK SEMUA TIDAK BISA DIPAKAI PADAHAL DI APK BAGUS WKWKKWKK. KOLAM RENANG TERPISAH DARI HOTEL ,MAINAN ANAK KURANG DIPERHATIKAN .. SARAN SAJA JIKA MAINAN ANAK ZONA KIDS DI MASUKKAN KE DALAM HOTEL MUNGKIN LEBIH BAGUS..

Great location near the train station. Friendly staff, English spoken. Large room with huge comfortable bed, very clean, excellent hot shower. We arrived from Bromo lacking sleep and slept peacefully here for 10 hours, very quiet, good soundproofing. There was a damp patch on the wall (see photo) but the room itself was not damp so not a problem, and we did kill a couple of small roaches but again not a problem. Nice views of the city. Excellent breakfast of fresh fruit and asian choices, enjoyed the sauteed greens, veg curry, tofu and tempe. We enjoyed our stay very much, refreshed and ready for our onward journey to Yogyakarta. Highly recommend, would stay again. To improve, the hotel could provide filtered water dispensers to remove the need for plastic bottled water in rooms.

Very enjoyable, even though I only stayed for 1 hour because there was a wedding event in a building near the hotel, just walking distance. I like the hotel, it's clean and comfortable...with a city view. Worth it for that price in the middle of the city..love it!!!

The hotel location is excellent, just 2 min walk to Plaza Tunjungan and 1km to Submarine Muzium. The breakfast food is good. Room is good. Swimming pool is clean. We enjoyed our stay here.
