"O Hyatt Regency Amsterdam é bastante bom e digno da marca Hyatt. O hotel está numa localização central e você pode andar em qualquer lugar.Há muitas linhas de eléctrico e metro nas proximidades, o que é muito conveniente. e é paciente com os hóspedes e organiza-o em tempo hábil. "We loved the location of the hotel. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the canal. The service was excellent and the staff tried to assist us in any way they could. My coffee bar was not stocked one morning because they were out of creamers and they apologized and made sure I was fully stocked the next day. My only complaint was how small our room was....but we adjusted and enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam!"

It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. "Fui recebido com muita cordialidade por um jovem na recepção, ele foi excepcional e tivemos uma ótima conversa, já que éramos da mesma cidade. Já me hospedei neste hotel diversas vezes, principalmente pela localização. No entanto, o hotel parece estar em constante reforma (há 6 anos). O café da manhã era caro, mas excelente. Minha única preocupação foi que paguei um depósito de 70 euros em dinheiro na chegada e me disseram que seria devolvido no check-out. Ao fazer o check-out, dois funcionários anotaram meus dados e me devolveram 19 euros. Quando questionei isso, o problema acabou sendo resolvido e recebi meu depósito de volta, porém a funcionária comentou que eles queriam ficar com meu dinheiro e eu respondi que ela havia dito isso, não eu. Meu conselho é que isso pode acontecer com muitos hóspedes menos atentos que se hospedam no hotel; verifiquem seus reembolsos com cuidado, pois isso pode ocorrer com frequência. No geral, o hotel precisa concluir a reforma e restaurar o hotel à sua antiga glória de anos atrás."
