Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

阿姆斯特丹華爾道夫。位置沒得説，就在紳士運河邊，一幢老錢歐洲的房子。離幾大博物館1.2-1.5公里，走路20分鐘以內（三層運河和每走幾步就有可愛小橋以及岸邊巧克力一樣的小房子讓路程更加短了）。服務一流，早餐非常好，煙燻三文魚啊火腿啊都是自己做的，口味很好，但是客房餐就一言難盡了😭；客房衞生也是絕對標準，淺白色衞生間的地面上、浴缸、淋浴間、枱麪、任何地方都找不到一絲不潔，打掃衞生的服務員依然是那麼神出鬼沒（和香港東京的高級酒店們一樣）；洗浴是整全套大瓶裝伊索，直接擺那；基本就是除了貴沒毛病～下次來阿姆斯特丹還會再考慮住。

Não houve contador executivo ou check-in express para OS convidados Da sala executiva.Sinto-me triste por minha sala executiva estar no 5/F, enquanto a sala executiva está localizada no 22/F. O Salão forneceu comida Muito limitada no pequeno-almoço, chá e cocktails de noite.A máquina de café FOI quebrada e comida FOI muitas vezes desaparecida. Eu pago o meu alojamento no hotel, o pessoal confirmou que Quando EU cheguei, MAS eles me pediram para Pagar o MEU quarto Durante o check-out.Levei algum tempo para falar com o gerente e resolver isso.

非常用心的boutique酒店，地理位略偏，離中心2KM，房間也比較侷促，但非常乾淨、安靜且美麗，細節都是驚喜。早餐太愛了，顏值和味道都在線（除了french toast）健身房任何時間去都是乾淨整潔，還要每天泡的水果水和cookie…離開酒店後還收到郵件lost & found👍

Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. A minha primeira estadia em Kimpton, Amesterdão, é um hotel grande com quartos espaçosos.Banhão e quartos são bons (casa do Rei, nenhum balcão), e nós gostamos de ver. O serviço foi útil e amigável e convenientemente localizado apenas 5 minutos da estação central de Amesterdão, tornando conveniente viajar para e do hotel.

Love the location, a short walk from the tram station right by the canal, quiet yet close (walking distance) to everywhere. Didn’t have much interactions with the staffs and on the occasion that I did, the staff helped with my issue though, wasn’t friendly or smiling. I booked a garden room and requested one that was quiet and they delivered. Clean room and refilled the complimentary minibar everyday.

環境：以前是男校，後來改造的酒店，很有趣。走廊的畫和房間號的設計很藝術，有機會應該在酒店裡轉一轉。 門口就有電車站可以去中央車站，很方便。離美術館博物館也挺近電車兩三站的樣子。 離市中心有一點距離，晚上比較安靜，沒有市中心那麼亂糟糟的，外面也沒有🍃味（真的太好了）。 服務：服務很好，入住會給巧克力和飲料，服務人員也很熱情，溝通順暢。餐廳的服務人員也很熱情，飯味道也還可以。mini bar 裏的飲品是免費的，每天會及時補充。也有開夜床服務，會噴入住時選的香氛。服務真的很不錯，是我在阿姆斯特丹最開心的一點。 配圖是在酒店吃的晚餐，説實話這家酒店是我在阿姆的旅行高光點。

Serviço prontamente disponível por parte da equipe da recepção. Educados e corteses, pequenos detalhes como guarda-chuvas foram muito úteis com a mudança de tempo. Ótima seleção de comidas no café da manhã e, novamente, funcionários prestativos. A única coisa que faltou foi aquele toque pessoal extra.

A atitude de serviço do hotel é muito boa e os empregados são de alta qualidade. Pode-se verificar que o hotel é bem gerido e bem treinado. A janela onde moro (foto) dá para o canal, e a paisagem é linda.
