Então a piscina TEM UMA Grande visão Da cidade com piscina de comprimento completo e jacuzzi. A recepção e o pessoal estavam amigáveis e acomodados, e gostaria de voltar se eu ficar novamente em Jacarta.

This hotel was exceptional and definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was unforgettable and all the staff were approachable and ready to have a good chat. My family and I interacted with lots of bubbly staff with excellent service at the breakfast. The staff at the lobby were no different, they spontaneously helped us to open the doors and pull our luggages with friendly words of greeting. The concierge workers were also a great help with finding our way around the big city of Jakarta, and had a great knowledge of the surrounding area. Additionally, they allowed us to check out late at 1pm even with the limited vacancies. When we accidentally dropped our bags on the floor, one concierge lady even rushed to help us pick them up. The room itself was clean and spacious with no bad odours, and the beds were extra comfortable with their memory foam pillows. Complementary water, milk, tea and coffee was also provided. The breakfast on the 90th was another memorable feature. There was a cold section and hot section for the food, and a menu you could order from. For drinks, the highlights were customizable freshly grinded juice and homemade tea with table service on a cart. The same floor also had a great view of the city skyline (I reccomend the night view and sunrise if your an early riser). The indoor pool and gym is a great stop for a cooldown if you need a break from the heat, or just want to have a workout. Both facilities were clean and convenient. The location was another big hit, the hotel was right in the middle of centeral Jakarta, and a short walk away from a bus station and MRT, along with a bunch of malls/plazas with lots of great places to eat and drink. I'd definitely come back to this hotel, and I strongly recommend you to try it out.

During my stay at Shangri-La Jakarta I faced several issues that, unfortunately, overshadowed the overall experience. I arrived early for check-in, around 13:20, while the official check-in time is 14:00. The front desk staff spent quite some time processing my registration, checked the availability, and told me that my room was ready, but that the key card could only be issued after 14:00. I was asked to wait and was assured that either someone would come to me, or I could return to the desk at that time. I waited until 14:00, but no one approached me. At around 14:05 I went back to the reception. The staff member who had originally checked me in was already busy with another guest, and a different employee started assisting me. He began the whole check-in process from scratch, which felt strange, and it quickly became clear that the room that had initially been mentioned was no longer available and that a new room was being assigned. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff offered an “upgrade” from a Deluxe Room to a Horizon Club Room as a way of compensation. In practice, however, the new room was on a lower floor and did not differ in any noticeable way from the Deluxe category in terms of layout, view or amenities. The benefits of the Horizon Club were not explained to me, so I did not actually use any additional services. As a result, the so-called upgrade felt more like a formality than a real improvement. The condition of the room itself was generally good. The air conditioning was quiet, there were no unpleasant smells from the bathroom, and the room looked clean and well maintained. A serious concern for me was the drinking water provided in the room. Large glass bottles were supplied regularly, but the water in them had a strong smell of chlorine and was simply not suitable for drinking. After the hotel contacted me asking if I had any comments, I mentioned this issue. Only then did they start bringing smaller bottles of water that no longer had this smell. This creates the impression that guests are initially given water of questionable quality and that the problem is addressed only when someone complains. Another recurring issue was the smell of cigarette smoke. My room was non-smoking, and the floor was non-smoking as well, yet from time to time the smell of tobacco appeared in the room, most likely coming through the ventilation. After I reported this, an air freshener was placed in the corridor, but it was removed the next day, and the smell returned. It gives the impression that someone is smoking in areas where it is not allowed, and guests are affected by it. Breakfast was also disappointing. The restaurant where breakfast is served is organized in a very inconvenient way: you are first shown to your table, but the buffet stations are arranged rather chaotically, so after walking around to get food it is easy to lose track of where your table is. Navigation is not intuitive, and the overall atmosphere is not very comfortable. The food itself did not seem particularly tasty and appeared to be more focused on Asian preferences than on a broader, international audience. I also visited the lobby restaurant. I tried several dishes there, including a bolognese pasta that was frankly not very good. For comparison, in the nearby shopping mall you can find places that serve the same dish in a much better way and at a lower price. If you look only at the condition of the rooms, the hotel appears to be of a good standard. However, the level of service, the breakfast experience and the overall value for money, in my opinion, do not match the status that the hotel aims to project. The price of the stay feels high compared to other similar hotels in Jakarta, where both service and food quality can be better while the rates are lower.

New try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

while it is worth noting that the hotel location is near to grand indonesia & plaza indonesia, I am a bit dissatisfied to the fact I waited 1.5hrs to get my room. I arrived around 4pm++ (keep in mind the supposed check in time is at 3pm), I only got my room at around 5.30pm after complaining. The room was not ready at the time and my family (with elderly) has already been so tired waiting. All in all, I wish they can at least improve this part but a thumbs up for a good hospitality.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Highly recommended. First, let's talk about the service. From the moment I walked in, through check-in, and all the way to room service, everyone was smiling and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. This definitely earned them extra points. Next, the location. It's connected to Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek, so you don't need to go anywhere else for dining, entertainment, and shopping – everything you need is right there. It's also only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. The room, while not huge, was definitely sufficient and spotlessly clean. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. I can confidently say that the breakfast here surpasses many five-star hotels costing upwards of 1500 (presumably IDR). This trip to Jakarta, I initially booked two nights at another well-known chain hotel, but I only stayed one night before giving up on it and switching to this hotel. The only minor drawback is that the hotel seems to cater heavily to business travelers, so it might not be as focused on families. The swimming pool is tucked away in a corner and there's no dedicated children's area, making it relatively small. However, all the other advantages definitely outweigh this small issue. I highly, highly recommend it!

Aircond cold enough at all area. Very nice hotel to stay. Only location in city traffic jam. Good price for this standard.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível. Meu filho aprovou. Mesmo depois de ficar 3 dias e 2 noites, ele disse: “Ainda quero ficar neste hotel”. Adoramos a piscina, é enorme e ainda tem uma área funda. Pela manhã, há atividades infantis à beira da piscina. O cardápio do café da manhã variado. No entanto, devo observar que a equipe precisa de uma melhor coordenação durante o café da manhã, quando está cheio. Estou grávida de 36 semanas e esta manhã tive que andar por aí procurando um lugar para sentar. É melhor fazer uma lista de espera se os assentos estiverem ocupados, para que os convidados não tenham que andar por aí procurando um assento disponível. Talvez use um walkie-talkie entre os funcionários da recepção do restaurante e outros funcionários anotando os assentos disponíveis.

Everything is great with this hotel. 24hrs super market nearby. The view during the night is awesome. However the following needs to be improved 1) Bathroom basin. Sink seems to be stuck and water isn’t draining fast enough. 2) TV Disney app needed an update Room 16C
