"The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing."

"Traveling with my family (two adults, three children), we opted for a family room. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, asking about our children's preferences and arranging a family room with a small tent. As a parent, hygiene is a top priority when traveling with kids, and I was not disappointed; the attention to detail was evident. Children's toiletries were prepared in advance, and there were even welcome fruits. The room had also been renovated and upgraded with smart features, which was a very thoughtful touch. From the concierge to the front desk, housekeeping, lobby staff, and buffet restaurant staff, every employee was enthusiastic and professional. My kids didn't want to leave! A special shout-out to a young man in the lobby – his smile was incredibly infectious. On our first day, after breakfast, my two children wanted the self-service popcorn, but it was empty. He noticed and, together with another young lady, patiently helped the kids make fresh popcorn, not letting them get disappointed. As a parent, I truly felt their warmth. The next day, I was alone with my three children at breakfast. This same young man saw us, and knowing that service was about to end, he contacted the breakfast staff to hold off on clearing up and then helped me get food. This coordinated service was absolutely spot on! A huge thumbs up to all the hotel staff for their dedicated service! I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Weifang!"

"The decoration of the hotel is luxurious. It is nice that they have people who help you with luggage. The room is average--not very big, carpeted, and a little humid. The bathroom had a sewer smell that was more apparent once in a while which made it unpleasant to be in the bathroom. We booked a private room for dinner and asked for a menu beforehand but only got the menu as they were serving the first dishes. We also never got a fruit plate at the end of the meal as they had noted on the menu they finally gave us. When checking out, we informed a staff member that we had accidentally broke a cup from the bathroom and the staff seemed more concerned than the item was damaged and asked if we were hurt as more of an afterthought. She also admitted that they were aware that their placement of the cup was precarious in the first place (on a slippery counter), which indicates that they are aware of this danger but have not done anything to mitigate the chances of an accident. For one basic glass cup, we had to pay an additional 60rmb."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were the most helpful warm and friendly hotel people we have ever seen in China. And they also gave my wife a small birthday gift which was a nice surprise. The room was huge with a nice layout, totally clean and modern simple Chinese style design. We chose this place for the idea of a hot pool in the room. It was also unexpectedly bigger that we thought, although a very basic simple design. The water was already prepared by the staff while were having dinner. Although it was an ok experience in the pool, we felt it was not really hot enough and it seemed to have no option to adjust it. We also thought such a pool would have the bubble jet option but that also did not seem to be. As we had to translate the control panel maybe we did not see other options but everything seemed to be a preset automatic one option. Although there are signs about the tiles around the pool about being slippery it felt very uneasy getting out trying not to slip and my wife did slip a little. Some kind of non slip surface on the stairs would be a big improvement. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with plenty of options. Mostly because of how friendly and good the staff were we plan to return in the warmer months to try a cabin."

"As a friend staying near this district..it is easy to walk around to shopping mall.. I love the service level of the staff and they are friendly . Except the hotel room things u can see is quite old.. Didn’t upgrade the facilities"

O hotel TEM UMA Grande área de terra, e o estacionamento é também Muito conveniente. Em geral, é Muito recomendado."
