This stay was truly fantastic! I was greeted by Xiao Wu, who not only thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruit in advance but also patiently and meticulously explained all the hotel's facilities—from the gym's opening hours to pool safety precautions—everything was explained clearly. Her warm and attentive attitude throughout made me feel incredibly welcome. With such a professional and considerate butler, the stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Xiao Wu deserves full marks!

Transport in this smaller town is not great but the staff here have been very helpful. They try very hard to assist in ways they can, especially to 'Cai' (chinese character meaning colour). They even manage to make a birthday cake on the day for a family member and provided their well wishes. A gentleman knew a bit of English which was taken by surprise. As foreign travellers, we did need alot of assistance and the staff was very willing to help. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast selection was great and hotel was clean. It was a very nice place to stay!

The room is quite nice overall. However, please note that while the sofa bed is shown in the picture, it may not actually be in the room. Aside from that, everything else is fine.

出乎意料的差體驗！小X書上誇爆的地方平台也是贊聲一片，提前兩天加了管家微信瞭解情況，雖然有點遠有點小貴還是來了。約12點在遊客中心辦的入住，約了一點的遊船。按推薦計劃了遊玩的內容:一點鐘遊船-2點回來可以去劇場看演出-然後看美術館-留下村田園風光-晚餐-泡湯泉。40分鐘的船全程錄音解説，安全員很負責一路盯着大家穿救生衣，綠色的水平平無奇的兩岸完全沒有拍照的興致。趕在2點前回到劇場，大幕在放哪吒，等了很久找不一個工作人員，放棄了。美術館？唉，怎麼説，一條走廊擺着幾堆塑料品和藤編的造型。出來後在餐廳看到張貼的“提供自助餐”，特地找了小哥問，確定可以點菜還讓我們晚上再來。太陽大沒地方去想着有贈飲券就去坐坐喝點吧，咖啡吧沒地方坐，服務員很確定説可去酒吧兑，我們按地圖指引上了四樓逛了幾個來回沒找到，後來管家回覆晚上9點酒吧才開。好吧，剛好看了9點的煙花去酒吧。然而，5點多到餐廳時被告知，因為要做預訂的餐食點菜要等一個半小時以上，能預訂中午為什麼不告訴我們呢？！而周邊衹有這一個地方能吃飯，快餐麪都買不到。9點看了煙花去找酒吧，沒有！管家後來説酒吧要預約（一種植物的名字）而此時，餐廳正關門中，金色大廳早已關門，不説那4張價值200的券兑不了，就是想買點吃的喝的都沒有地方！所謂的晚會衹點了一盆火，找不到工作人員。湯泉十點關門了，我們衹能回房間泡茶，還好帶了茶葉。然而，我們定的庭院房裡裡外外都用手機照明瞭也找不到庭院的燈開關！怪不得幾乎滿的庭院房一溜都沒有人出來坐。我們衹能扛鐵桌椅到外面草坪坐。第二天早上才在庭院角落地上一點點找到開關。管家很忙回訊息慢理解，但是有那麼多需要預約的地方為什麼不告知？反而是一定要我們去服務中心預約的湯泉其實酒店就有門可以直接進，而我們去時裏面衹有8個人，8個池衹有4個是熱水。號稱5星級的酒店晚上連瓶飲料都買不到，客人那麼多，一個管家又要負責前台又要回覆信息，一千多的房價請問服務在哪裡？還有最不可忍的牙刷竟然掉毛嚴重！包裝挺好看，房價不便宜的不能換個質量稍好點點的嗎？起碼也要比過速8那種吧。圖1遊船，圖2美術館展品，圖3留下村，圖4自助晚餐

這次入住真的超出預期，必須給個五星好評!首先誇誇酒店的裝潢，完全長在我的審美點上。從大堂到房間，每一處細節都透着精緻和用心，風格簡約又不失格調，讓人一進門就覺得特別舒服，有種“這就是我想住的地方”的感覺。化州的牛腩粉也超級好吃😋

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel

國慶2287一晚，人比較多，酒店接待能力很差。 1: 從村裡開上酒店是一條很窄的盤山公路，大概40分鐘車程，山路特別難開 2: 到了酒店停車場等了好久才有電瓶車來接，帶娃行李很多大家都爭先恐後搶着上車，衹有一名工作人員無暇維持秩序 3: 自助餐廳的餐盤都是水，摸上去還有點油，那個煎牛排的鐵板很久沒洗刷的樣子，煎出來的牛扒焦黑（按理應是邊煎邊颳走黑焦） 4: 公區温泉池的水很渾濁 總之除了自然環境，酒店完全不值這個價，就當是國慶翻倍了 除了前台一個小哥比較專業，其他人好像都沒有接受過專業培訓（安凡尼的招牌估計就是用來打廣告的）
