Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

酒店是小型的高檔酒店，房間設施非常好，設計也很別緻。服務也可以。服務人員大部分應該都是本地人，很親切，像回家。特別是温泉的徐姐，真的很好很好，泡温泉期間一直在為我們端茶送水送毛巾送水果，真的太好了！謝謝啊！温泉很乾凈，就是有點冷囧，女更衣室需要一個地墊，不然換衣服的時候腳冷。 有幾個小建議： 1.餐廳上菜用的盤子在大冬天的時候需要加熱一下，不然菜很快就冷了，廚房出餐口味好，但冬天吃冷菜不舒服。 2.早餐收桌是否可以別把推車推到客人身邊，一邊吃飯一邊看着一車殘羹剩飯和臟盤子是實在倒胃口。如果可以用託盤收臟盤子會比較雅觀，並且餐廳場地其實不大，並不會增加多少工作量。 3.冬季走廊的空調要調温暖一點，並且經過走廊的服務員要注意關好和户外相連的門。 4.房間裏紙巾不夠用，洗手枱旁邊沒有紙巾，最好增加一個方便客人使用。 5.歐舒丹的洗髮水和護法素真的一如既往地差……可以感到酒店是想為客人提供優質洗護用品的，但歐舒丹真的，讓人無力吐槽🙄額。 6.酒店的小酒吧裏沒服務員，無法點到，想喝酒和咖啡沒喝到……🤷♀️ 當然，服務人員工作都很主動很熱情，就是作為一家小型的精品酒店，一些細節可以做得更好一些。 總的來説是家不錯的酒店。

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The staff were very helpful by driving us up the hill so we could use the gym. The breakfast buffet was good, but the service for dinner was not so good.

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

Satisfeito: O quarto do hotel era espaçoso e as comodidades, em geral, eram novas. Recebi um upgrade de quarto gratuito na chegada. Há vários restaurantes e um shopping center nas proximidades (muito comum). Reclamações: 1. A recepção não foi prestativa e nem sequer recebeu os hóspedes no check-in. 2. O café da manhã era péssimo. Durante minha estadia de três noites, todos os cafés da manhã eram como uma pilha de sobras. O prato de pão estava vazio, o prato de salada estava vazio, os acompanhamentos estavam vazios, a fruteira estava vazia, o cereal estava vazio e até mesmo a cobertura de carne moída havia sumido, substituída por uma tigela de batatas raladas. A mesa estava cheia de tigelas vazias e completamente desarrumada. O café da manhã era servido das 7h às 9h30, e isso aconteceu durante o horário de pico das 8h30. Pedir pão era como implorar, e sem nem mesmo pedir desculpas, eles adicionaram cinco ou seis bolinhos. Absolutamente ridículo! 3. O garçom do bufê que processava os cartões estava obcecado com o número de hóspedes que passavam seus cartões. Dois dias seguidos, depois de passar o cartão do meu quarto, me perguntaram especificamente quais duas pessoas estavam jantando lá, como se eu estivesse tentando me aproveitar do café da manhã delas. Era uma mentalidade completamente caipira. 3. O serviço em todo o bufê era como o de uma fazenda administrada por um bando de mulheres e homens de meia-idade, não o de um hotel. Além disso, a comida era horrível. Será que as avaliações eram de trolls ou outra coisa que deu tantas avaliações positivas para o café da manhã?

與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
