The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

The hotel is close to the hot springs. The free Shuttle service from the hotel take you there in 5 min. The check in was very smooth and the staff friendly and helpfully. Thanks Casper for the warm welcome and service under our stay. In the evening the shuttle service brings you to the restaurants and bars near by. The view over the lake from our suite was amazing. The rooms are clean and have all comforts. welcome fruits and drinks in the minibar. The breakfast is very good, don’t miss anything. We will for sure come back.

This was a really wonderful hotel set right on the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and managed to get us a driver to take us to some of the sights that were a little further away. The only downside was that the hotel is partially under renovation, but that just means that I can come back and see the new features they’ve installed. A really great place to relax.

The hotel is nice the breakfast was amazing had a lot of food to choose from. The staff was very friendly and a guy speaking English made our stay pleasant. There are a lot of activities to do around the hotel all at a discount with a booking.
