Lovely hotel very clean and calm and peaceful. Gym was smaller than expected and weights don’t go more than 20kg. Ac works great. The pillows were like balloons which wasn’t comfortable but overall stay was lovely.

The hotel is nice. Very clean rooms. The breakfast may be the best breakfast spread we’ve had at a midrange hotel. We looked forward to it every day. Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby is a nice treat too. But the pool and “spa” need a lot of work. The sauna and steam room don’t work. Broken panels on the wall. Kind of gross. But overall recommend for the room and breakfast.

A equipe do hotel foi simpática e prestativa. O hotel era um pouco desatualizado para o meu gosto e não gostou muito das comodidades do quarto. A localização era boa e eu aproveitei as comemorações festivas do 93º Dia Nacional.

Eu tive o prazer de ficar no Centro de Cidade Rotana Doha e foi uma excelente experiência desde o início até o fim.O hotel combina luxuos modernos com hospitalidade quente, tornando-o uma escolha de posicionamento no coração de Doha. A localização é excelente diretamente ligada Ao Centro de Cidade e a poucos minutos Da Baía Ocidental, do Corniche e de outras Grandes Marcas.Se você está EM Doha para negócios ou lazer, a conveniência é invencível. A minha sala estava espaçosa, limpa e elegantemente equipada, com UMA vista incrível Da Linha de lar Da cidade.A cama estava incrívelmente confortável, e a sala tinha tudo o que precisava, desde o acesso Wi-Fi rápido até um escritório bem designado e acomodações de banheiro luxuosas. O buffet de pequeno-almoço é um espectáculo diário, oferecendo UMA seleção impressionante de pratos internacionais e do Médio Oriente. Foi particularmente impressionado com a variedade e qualidade do alimento, bem como com o serviço atento e cortesiano do pessoal do restaurante. Outras instalações do hotel, incluindo piscina, centro de fitness e spa, foram bem mantidas e convidadas.A sala de fitness estava bem equipada e perfeita para manter a rotina durante o viagem. O que realmente se deu, no entanto, era a hospitalidade, e todos OS membros do pessoal que conheci eram profissionais, úteis e genuínos para fazer a estadia agradável. Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
