We had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel for a total of 6 nights, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed an authentic and warm hospitality that made us feel truly at home. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with every request went above and beyond our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable cleanliness and tranquility of our room. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment, allowing us to relax and unwind in utmost comfort. The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay. Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. Absolutely loved the hotel and stay! Cosy clean rooms, great vibes, food and passionate service (from security guards to housekeepers at every level)! Breakfast buffet has great selections and very tasty menu, service staff is extremely attentive to your needs and service deserves great commendation (every single one of them)! It was a bit difficult to read the names off the badges, managed to only saw Sabina’s and Arun’s name but there are just so many more staff whom I’d like to show appreciation from front desk to concierge and really everyone! They do not just serve you but engage with you through conversations making you feel at ease and like at home during the stay. Liked how the laundry system works and also the gym which are both 24 hours. No complaints at all and I would definitely like to stay here again when I am at Nepal the next round. 10/10 recommend and you will have no regrets!

The stay was great, to say the least. We actually decided to extend our as our plans changed and looked no further. The staff were very flexible with our late night flight and the ensuing late check-out and assisted us price-wiae. The hotel is truly a boutique one. Breakfast is nice. We didn't need much anyway, so for us, it was much more than we needed. There is a slight variation on a daily basis. The cleaning lady cleans the room impeccably on a daily basis. In general, if you need anything, the staff are accommodating and always ready to help. Locatio- wise, the hotel is somewhat further away from the noise of Thamel and other touristy areas but close enough to places of interest. Last but not least, we arrived later than scheduled, so the meet and greet service , which came free, was super handy.

A sala é muito menor do que o esperado, e a casa de banho também tem algum espaço para melhorar. Pode ser que os mesmos itens na China sejam um nível mais alto, e o pequeno-almoço não seja tão rico como na China. Você se sentirá melhor se estiver mentalmente preparado. Não tenho grandes expectativas para o ambiente urbano daquela cidade. Olhando para a relação preço-desempenho das lojas vizinhas, é muito bom, por isso dei esta classificação.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, 10-15 miniature to the Kathmandu International airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was well equipped, with a minibar and a good selection of complimentary snacks. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the in-room dining service was impressively fast. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. There were, however, a few minor issues. The body wash dispenser was empty when I checked in and had not been refilled. In addition, the key card frequently stopped working, so I had to visit the reception several times to have it reactivated. That said, I understand the hotel has only recently opened and is still finding its footing. With a few improvements, I believe it has great potential, and I hope these minor issues will be resolved in the future.

After several trips to Nepal, I finally decided to treat myself with a stay at the famous Kathmandu Guest House. So glad I did. So much peace, grace, charm and beauty .. and of course, the history!

Um hotel Muito fresco no centro do distrito de Tamel.Quartos e quartos comuns são de estilo nacional - muito atmosférico. Um restaurante panorâmico no 7o andar - delicioso, diverso menu no pequeno-almoço (o sistema de mesa sueco), o menu do restaurante também é diverso - há também cozinha local e europeia. O hotel é um BOM spa, o único que funciona até tarde à noite. Recomendado

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
