"Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)"

"Cet hôtel se situe à Cambril dans le quartier de vilafortuny. Vous êtes à côté de Salou à pied et en bus (un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel, achetez une carte de bus rechargeable dans les agences bus plana, le ticket vous revient 3 fois moins cher). Au niveau des chambres le ménage est fait tous les jours et proprement. On entend pas mal les voix dans les couloirs et si vous êtes juste en haut de la salle de fête , vous pouvez entendre du bruit lors des soirées. Quand vous êtes k.o ça passe sinon prévoyez des boules caisses. De ce qui est du petit déjeuner c’est vraiment un 10/10 ! Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le buffet du soir lui aussi c’est un 10/10 , énormément de plats et desserts pour le prix de 15€ par personne. J’ai testé la salle de sport , petite mais génial avec les machines de base et mêmes des altères. Et pour terminer l’accueil était plus ou moins bien. Enfin au Check-in l’hôtesse était un peu froide et pas très polie. Mais d’autres hôtes et hôtesses sont biens. Vous pouvez louer des vélos à l’hôtel pour 9€ la journée (testé mais pas approuvé donc une hôtesse nous a fait un geste commerciale). Sinon louer juste à quelques pas de l’hôtel pour à peu près la même somme."

"The hotel has maintained its high standards for many years. We stayed here 12 years ago and really enjoyed it. It's still the same. It's a bit worn, of course, but they try to maintain it. For a 4-star hotel, the bathroom lacks toiletries: cotton swabs, cotton pads. Beach towels are available with a €10 deposit per person. The buffet has a good selection of delicious food. Drinks and food in the cafe are not overpriced. The price and quality are in line with each other."

"Fue un viaje en pareja por 4 noches. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, al salir de sus instalaciones caminas una calle y justo al frente está la playa y la zona de del Puerto, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Fueron 4 días de relajación, buena comida y buena compañía. El desayuno y cena buffet son tal cual leímos en los comentarios. Muy limpio todo y apetecible, con platos diversos y bien cocinados. Lo mejor, su personal, desde las chicas que hacían las habitaciones hasta el jardinero. Natalia en la recepción y los demás chicos y chicas que siempre nos orientaban y ayudaban; en el área del comedor Antonio y Nuria, siempre haciéndonos recomendaciones culinarias de todo lo que había y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo tipo de dudas. En el bar está Santos, que prepara el mejor café y los mejores tragos. Hay mucha sincronía entre los trabajadores, así como diligencia y buen trato. Si quieres venir a Cambrils, este hotel promete una excelente experiencia y la cumple. Ya te extrañamos, Mónica Hotel. Galia y José Luis."

"Hotel location is very good, less than 100 meters walk from the hotel to the beach. The decoration of the hotel itself is also very beautiful, I like the lobby very much, and the pool is also very beautiful. The front desk service lady is very enthusiastic, and the English is very slow, which can ensure that I understand. The room is large and the room has a bathtub! The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very rich."

"Super hôtel, mais très déçu à l'arrivée j'avais réservé pour deux adultes, un enfant et quand je suis arrivé à l'accueil de l'hôtel ils m'ont dit que c'était que pour deux adultes ils m'ont demandé 40 € de plus pour un enfant j'avais la feuille de ma réservation avec marqué deux adultes, un enfant, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir même avec l'épreuve dans les mains"
