As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful! The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall. We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom. All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food."
