"辦入住沒有告知沒有早餐，第二天早上去，衹有牛肉麪，衹有牛肉麪，連個小菜雞蛋都沒有，而且都不是現拉的麪，是從塑料袋裡拿出來的機器麪。排隊排了十幾個人等麪，連等的心情都沒有了。
專門與前台確定第三天有沒有早餐，答覆是第三天一切正常，會有早餐，結果第三天連牛肉麪都沒有，餐廳都沒開門，哈哈。
專門定了帶早餐的房間，結果沒吃上一頓，前台衹有一句臨時通知的。體驗感有點差。"

As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful!
The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall.
We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom.
All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food."

"The location is good; there are many restaurants to the right after you go downstairs. Transportation is convenient; there's an airport shuttle bus right downstairs. The room is clean and hygienic, with unique decor and relatively complete facilities. The only drawback is that the TV doesn't have internet settings enabled, so you can't cast your favorite content and programs. This seems to be a common problem with hotels in Korla; I've stayed at several hotels in Korla this year, and none of them seem to have screen casting functionality."

The brand-new decoration style is simple and high-end. The hotel is very hygienic. The sheets and pillowcases in the rooms are brand new and live in special peace of mind.
