My stay here was great! The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station. The lobby's book bar is quiet and has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the toiletries are gentle and smell lovely. The bedding is very comfortable. They also have a well-equipped laundry room and gym. The service was thoughtful and very responsive. Plus, there are lots of great food options nearby. I'd definitely recommend it!

Reservei UMA suite no Mercure, MAS não conseguia Entrar às 13h30 Como planeado.O Pessoal do Frente de escritório explicava desculpadamente que o hotel estava cheio Na noite anterior e as quartos ainda estavam sendo limpas. Foi-nos aconselhado a deixar nossa bagagem com o concierge e esperar por UMA mensagem no WeChat quando a sala estiver pronta. Às 3:30h, voltámos para verificar novamente.Quando perguntei Ao membro do pessoal sobre a minha sala, ELA disse que ainda não estava pronta. Esperamos pelo contador enquanto OS três funcionários estavam conversando entre si EM vez de ajudar OS hóspedes. Depois de Mais 30 minutos, segui-me, e eles perguntaram o MEU nome e finalmente me deram a chave de quarto. Overall, the hotel's location is convenient and breakfast reasonably tasty (though with a limited selection). However, the front desk service and housekeeping standards fall short of expectations for a property under the Mercure brand.

Reservei uma suíte executiva de negócios, mas o quarto não estava pronto quando fiz o check-in às 17h, então eles me deram o mesmo tipo de quarto, mas com decoração infantil, então as fotos não são do tipo de quarto real. Em termos de localização, não há nada muito próximo e é preciso tirar um didi. Ficamos aqui principalmente para estar perto da estação ferroviária, que fica a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos de distância. Didi é muito barato, por favor, não se deixe enganar pelos motoristas da estação que citam > 100 RMB! No geral, uma estadia muito confortável e recomendo!

Location is good, near to station, a huge mall opposite and it is near to a mall too and many food stalls. Very grand hotel lobby, room is huge, love it. Laundry room Best, 4 dryer 4 washing machine and there is standing ironing. The fridge is not cold at all, so gotta ask for ice. The house keeping actually smoked in my room end up I had to spray the whole room with my perfume. I thought it is a non smoking room? There are restaurants within the building and there is a KTV room at level 7.

The location is not where the most tourist attractions are, but there are also good choices of food around and a number of buses around. The room size is good. It would have been better if the bathroom door is sliding as with the present setting, you need to close the door before you can use the sink. The carpet is old and has stains. We saw a couple of cockroach during our 4-day stay. The staff at the concierge were very helpful. They tried hard and helped us to buy our bus tickets back to Zhuhai as we could not do so with our phone. Overall it's value for money.

Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.
