Great place to stay with its locality close to the subway station. We found the room to be equivalent to 5 star rating such as Sofitel & Pullman. The hotel provides excellent breakfast varieties that even Pullman hotel cannot match. The house keeping Ms. Hu exceeded our expectations by wiping and disinfecting our luggages, which was much appreciated after 2 weeks of travel in China. They also provide free self service laundry services, if required on level 5. The only downside we found is it is not a smoke-free hotel. You can smell the smoke odour as soon as you walk into the lobby. This applies to the room too. It really depends on your luck if smoker is on the same floor as at times I can smell smoke via the ventilation. For the hotel to achieve International standard, it needs to be a smoke-free hotel, for the sake of other hotel guests and their employee's health.

車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。 點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。 位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。 總體：服務很好，

Excellent location. Reception is on the 6th floor, breakfast and afternoon tea also served on the 6th floor. Rooms are on 4th, 5th and 6th floors. I booked 3 same type of rooms and they upgraded 1 room which is facing the street, a bit noisy in the night with vehicles honking till around 11 pm or so. View was only looking at the IFS building. Room was ok spacious but no luggage racks to put them up. We put our big bag on the couch and the small one on the table. I like the toilet where there’s a sanitizer that you could use to wipe the toilet seat, also in public toilet on 6th floor. We received excellent services from when we checked in till check out. Check in staff 小梅explained things in details to us. The staff 荔枝姐姐 provided caring service during our afternoon tea and whenever we sat there to talk, if she was on duty, she would bring us the free lemon tea. Breakfast has bread, yogurt, fruits, and Chinese style breakfast. My 2 friends had to share the bed and wanted a blanket each so we called housekeeping. When they came with the blanket, they didn’t just pass it to them, but made the bed for them. Praise! Another excellent thing was, you could leave your dirty clothes (no socks, no underwears) at the reception in the morning, and they will wash, dry, fold and you go and pick it up after you come back in the night. Upon check out, the staff asked if we needed more bottle water and gave us a bag of goodbye gifts, which had 2 eye masks, 2 wet towels and a snack. Highly recommend this hotel even though it was a bit hard to get off the didi as there isn’t really a good spot to stop. We got dropped off in the middle of the road and had to call didi to the HSR station in the middle of the road as well. First time experiencing this.

Very happy with this hotel. We stayed 5N, and totally enjoyed our stay. We had intended to stay only one night, but eventually extended our stay to 5 nights. I highly recommend this hotel. Location - Location was superb. Tai Ping Old Street was at door step. Walking distance to Wu Yi shopping area. Very close to main attractions too. Plenty of food around. There were also pharmacy, Lawson, Starbucks, McDonald's, BK, cinemas and skating rink nearby. You might want to download Gaode App as Google Map can't be used in China. Room - Hotel room was beautifully furnished. Soft lightings, nice bathtub, comfortable bed, luxurious sheets. Room came with fridge, coffee machine and designer armchair. 2 coffee capsules provided daily. Beautiful cup and saucer, even the water glasses were aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom amenities were of good quality. There is also AI personal assistant. Service Service was excellent. Staff were very warm and obliging. They helped us booked our tickets to Hunan Museum as we didn't know how to navigate on Wechat. There was a robot that sent everything we needed to our room promptly, including our food orders. Downsides Lack of security, no controlled access to rooms. No full length mirror in the room. Water temperature inconsistent, making it uncomfortable to shower in winter. Overall I would gladly return. I would also recommend it to my family and friends. Things to note Didi wasn't able to drop us at hotel doorstep as it was located inside Tai Ping Old Street. Hotel was about a 10m walk from the North Gate entrance, it took us awhile to find it as we arrived at midnight. We had to drag our luggage on the cobblestone pavement but it wasn't that bad. The location is really great. Wuyi Square snack street is just a short walk away, and the subway station is right across the road, so getting around is very convenient. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable bedding and a simple, stylish design. The staff were friendly and helpful, and tried their best to accommodate our requests. We were given a high-floor room, which made the stay even better.

Overall stay is great. The location is very convenient and located right at the exit 5 out of Changsha railway station and next to Changsha high speed rail to ZJJ. recommended stay with simple yet sufficient breakfast options. May be crowded and out of food at certain time frame but will be quickly topped up later. Very friendly reception and luggage storage option with a little gift for our stay with wide ranging gifts like mini towel, mirror, cute headband, comb etc. The floor is a little sticky at certain spots so cleanliness could be improved a little. Was provided with bedroom slippers as well.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

The bathtub is 1.5 meters long, and I can lie down completely, which is pretty good for a bath. The room is quite large the bed is very soft, and there's nothing to complain about. The overall feeling is not bad, and the main thing is that the location is very convenient. you to the front desk sister Lu Lu for the recommendation, and I'll come again next time.
