I had a wonderful stay at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel and I am very happy with my experience. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Cappadocia. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Bahar, who was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly, was very friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Please choose Osmanli Hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch. Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Overall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable. The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me. Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback. Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

We had a great stay as a couple; the hotel is clean, has a lovely environment, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Göreme center. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—I even asked them to arrange a birthday decoration, and they did a wonderful job. They also offer easy bookings for Green/Red tours and hot air balloons, though prices are a bit premium compared to local agencies in town. While the breakfast was just average, the overall hospitality and great location made it a pleasant experience.

Thanks for Ali and Tolga for the best service in my Cappadocia, Turkey!! They cared our overall days in hotel very carefully, including breakfast, tours, and so on. The room has good facilities with nice options, and breakfast was nice, including lots of beverages. We experienced great time in Virtus Cappadocia Hotel! Also you can enjoy beautiful sceneries in terrace at dawn. These are several minor feedbacks, which is not critical. - A room was a little small, I could not open 24-inch carrier fully. - Tours were great overall, but I think it depends on the guide ( This point is not what the hotel can control) 사진 찍을 한국인께 추천드립니다.

Highly Recommended Hotel.!! Location: Hotel located centre of the Gorome, Cappadocia. From the hotel 3 walking distance of central bus and taxi stand which can travel anywhere to cappodocis Surrounded with restaurants and there is 2 to 3 pharmacy nearby (Walking Distance) Service: Friendly staff, there would two person. The main person will be taken care at day time. One the day first day check in hotel, he will give you brief about cappadocia with the map explain about green,red, blue tour. You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card). Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance. Overall. Any activity you would like to do, can book through the hotel. They will arrange it for it. 100% reliable.!! Hot air ballon can be seen from hotel room.!! Staying top cave hotel will be difficult for you to walk around because it located hilly area. This hotel located ground level Surrounded with many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shop.!! I really enjoyed staying here special thanks sayed the hotel person in charge who being very nice l, guide, and even prepare breakfast for us knowing we are checking out early in morning.

When I arrived at the hotel, staff said that we have no resevation of you.and rooms are full. I was so suprised ... but finally, staff prepared our room.(fantastic cave room) I dont know if this mistake is by the hotel. Anyway, the staff was kind for me.He arranged some great tours including hot air balloon. thank you.

A experiência geral foi boa. Estávamos preocupados que faria frio na caverna. No entanto, a temperatura era confortável e você pode controlá-la. Além disso, o wi-fi era muito bom. No entanto, tivemos alguns problemas: 1. A chaleira está quebrada e precisa ser trocada. 2. O secador de cabelo é velho e de má qualidade. 3. Quando fizemos o check-in, o proprietário disse que o chá era gratuito e estava disponível a qualquer hora. Acho que foi mal interpretado, pois no último dia o anfitrião nos pediu para pagar 400 liras turcas pelo chá e café. 4. Reservamos um quarto com lareira, mas o anfitrião disse que ela não funcionava. Mais tarde, esclarecemos o motivo do problema e que o problema era que o proprietário não tinha lenha para ela e não era possível comprá-la por conta própria em nenhum lugar (visitamos quatro lugares diferentes).
