"We stayed for 1 night on Saturday where it seemed to be pretty busy at this small hotel. The parking was limited but we were lucky to park at the hotel. The hotel’s location was great, closed to train station and shopping arcade. 5 of us could fit in one big spacious room with 3 big beds and 1 extra bed comfortably. The room was a bit old but the beds were comfy. There was a coin laundry in the hotel. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok with little variety of food."

The amenities cater perfectly to modern needs, making it a comfortable stay, even for business travelers. On the other hand, the lack of a convenience store within walking distance is a minor drawback. It's a good idea to buy drinks or snacks before checking in. However, the balance of newness, location, and facilities is excellent. It left me with the impression of a high-value-for-money hotel, perfectly equipped with everything you need for 'sleeping' and 'resting.' If there were a convenience store nearby, I would personally give it a perfect score."

"The room is very clean and comfortable. It is also walking distance from the Shinkansen station - very convenient! The staffs there are super friendly and helpful too. There is a family mart and sufficient food options nearby (just at the Shinkansen station across). We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we are back in Kurume :)"

"Anti-human hotel, check-out is at 10am! The next day, when I checked in, they asked me to take out my luggage before 10am and wait until 3 or 4pm to check in. It's really a ********* operation... The front desk staff of Toyoko INN Hotel, the service attitude is still as bad as before... （反人類的酒店，退房竟然是早上十點！第二天辦理續住，竟然讓我十點前拿出行李，等到下午三四點才能入住。真的是**操作….讓人無語😓……東橫INN酒店的前台服務人員，服務態度，還是一如繼往的差….）"
