Location: The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage. Cleanliness: The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc. Service: The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room. Amenities: The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series. Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

衞生滿意 ，環境滿意 服務：基本滿意 就是有點不理解哈。 退房沒辦理呢，給房間門開着大敞。前台不打電話給客人，打房間電話，出去了房間肯定沒人接電話咯。後來想想也能理解，聯繫不到本人，那房間起碼關着保護客人私隱吧，個人用品衣服都在房間裏。房卡還在手裡呢，憑什麼給我房間開了呢，還説什麼保潔進去看了房間沒東西。。。。 設施：滿意 環境：滿意

帶父母出來的，特地選了東關街裏的店，門店位置相當好，去哪個景點都很方便，出門就可以逛街，周邊各種好吃的好玩的。關鍵老闆服務好，給升級了小院子套房，房間乾淨，晚上超級安靜，睡眠很好。而且老闆幫推薦了家常菜的地方，超級好吃，超級物有所值。走的時候還送了牛皮糖～下次來還選這裏～

As principais atrações de Yangzhou ficam nas proximidades. Há um ponto de ônibus bem em frente, facilitando o transporte público. O local também é muito tranquilo. Os funcionários da recepção foram os mais simpáticos e prestativos que já encontrei. O quarto era menor do que eu esperava, mas a cama era confortável. No entanto, o cheiro ocasional de cigarro e a falta de limpeza completa foram decepcionantes. Contudo, o preço é bastante razoável.

這家酒店離東關街很近，酒店大堂的斜對面就是景區入口（20米以內），但是那條馬路是單行道，又車又人，很堵；東關街對着的那條路（跟酒店同一邊）直走到底，就是四望亭，它的左手邊就是文昌閣。從四望亭過馬路後一直走過去，就是瘦西湖南門。第一天我們等車叫車就浪費了20分鐘，還停留在原點，感覺司機都不想進來。。。 酒店不高，我們住在4樓，原本以為景區的聲音會很嘈，進房間都覺得還行，但是這個“還行”臉打得特別疼。因為另外一邊是居民住宅，還有停車場。房間一直就聽着下面的倒倒倒倒倒，很大聲，我**想下去跟他説，要不我來開，嘈死了！！！ 最讓我無語的是，這酒店沒熱水，春節期間去揚州，晚上温度大概衹有2-3℃，房間都開了暖氣，但是一直沒什麼温度的水，20℃不到的温水讓我洗澡，兩晚都是這樣，我就差了沒投訴！

Service: From the moment we stepped in, the staff rushed to open the glass door for us, and did so everytime we go in or out. Check in & check out was fast and hassle free. We were upgraded to a better room with king bed. Only hotel where we were given 2 key cards automatically. Facilities: Except for the outside facade, all facilities were new and good including room and lobby. Bed, pillows, quilts, towels etc were clean and in very good condition. Everything, including decor looks new. Room slippers, bathroom slippers provided. Only hotel who gave us 4 bottles of water daily. Daily housekeeping. Good water pressure and heated. Breakfast: Chinese buffet, good and adequate. Cons: Although 4 clothes hangers provided, wall hooks for clothes in bedroom and bathroom would make this a perfect hotel, but sadly missing. All in, a very good hotel and value for money.

The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Their coffee is excellent, and the sweetest little kitten adds such a warm, homely touch to the place. The manager also gave me fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, which I really appreciated. My room was very comfortable, with everything I needed. The hotel itself is perfectly located in a quiet, pleasant setting — ideal for relaxing while still being close to everything. I absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend it a thousand times over!

Disappointing Stay at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse I recently stayed at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse in Yangzhou and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had significant temperature issues—it was too hot near the ceiling but uncomfortably cold near the floor, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was poorly designed, causing water to splash everywhere when using the faucet. The service was another letdown. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, despite paying a deposit, I had to repeatedly ask for it to be returned, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend this guesthouse based on my experience. There are clear areas for improvement, especially in terms of room comfort and customer service.

Counter staffs are very friendly, nice and very helpful, location is quite centre. Recommend to stay here if you’re traveling to Yangzhou. As first timer visiting, IBIS services helping us to navigate the city was incredible. Our Yangzhou experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend 😊
