The surrounding facilities were also great, and the environment was beautiful. There's even a Black Pearl Michelin one-star restaurant (Shang Palace) on the first floor. It's also very close to Jinghua City Shopping Center, just a ten-minute walk away. My experience was excellent, and I'll definitely stay at the Shangri-La Hotel again next time."

"This is the best hotel of the same type I have stayed in in the past few years. The hotel is clean and tidy, and all the staff smile and serve. This is difficult to do. From the younger brother and sister at the front desk to the cleaning sister and the laundry sister, they all give people the atmosphere and comfort of the Jiangnan water town. Although I set the cheapest room type, the enthusiasm of the staff, the details are in place, very recommended. The location is really good too."

"First off, the location is fantastic – really close to Dongguan Street. The ambiance is great, and the service is exceptional. The front desk staff really go above and beyond to help with anything you need. When we checked in, they even gave us two bottles of jasmine yogurt, which was delicious! And when we left, they gave us an aromatherapy souvenir. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. Oh, and the photographer was really good too, and had a great attitude!"

"The hotel is directly opposite the East Gate of Slender West Lake. To the left of the hotel entrance is Xiangyuan dim sum, and to the right is Yangzhou Yan. The hotel's hot spring is quite large, and as hot spring enthusiasts, we were very satisfied. Personally, I found the hotel room facilities a bit dated; the toilet wasn't smart, the TV couldn't cast, and I noticed some dust marks in the wardrobe. However, overall, it's great value for money! Satisfied."
