"It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle.
The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat!
What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient.
To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. "Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning.
There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store.
I really liked the 2 paintings in the room.
I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station."

"喜歡桔子酒店的裝修 很温馨 很時尚 也很乾凈 到酒店門口 門口的大爺 不知道是不是保安 反正就是很熱情 幫忙找合適的停車位 幫我們拿行李幫我們開門 酒店大堂在連鎖酒店裡看起來算大的了 還有獨立的空間 酒店給我們免費升級了房型 住的也挺舒服 房間很暖和 加濕器都有配備 早餐這方面的話 種類雖然不算特別多 但也夠吃 唯一想提個小小意見 烤麪包那邊能否配個小黃油塊 衹有草莓醬和藍莓醬 個人覺得實在太甜了 還是黃油和烤麪包最搭了 咖啡很好喝 用餐環境也不錯"

"The location was quiet enough so there's no traffic noise. It's close to shops and restaurants. But to find the entrance to the hotel was confusing because it's at the back of the building. The room is very old and they tried to decorate it with an American theme with old furniture. But the walls seem to have recently been re-painted. The jacuzzi might suit some people but we find it a waste of space. One of the staff speaks English so it's a bonus. Breakfast was good with a variety of selections."

O hotel TEM máquinas de lavar roupa, MAS não TEM secador, que não me disse no check-in, Mesmo que EU lhe perguntei sobre eles.A maioria DOS funcionários parecia longe.O pequeno-almoço era BOM."

UUsuário convidadoI booked a room with a window. I spent more than friends to have a better room. However their cheap room had a window but mine did not. Instead it had a glass wall that looked into the hallway. When I first arrived the room door was open. They solved that problem and my friends and I went out to eat. When we returned (3 hours after checking in) none of our room keys worked. I had to go downstairs to reception twice to get it working. Then at breakfast a man started smoking in the breakfast area and no one stopped him. I would pass on this hotel the next time I’m in Xining.

- It’s very close to TANDAO 637, surrounded by many shopping malls.
- The room was spacious and clean.
- The staff were kind.
CONS:
- No air conditioning. It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window.
- The room was quite old.
- Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem.
- heater opens all night.
- Poor lighting
I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa.
I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

TTravelfreeGood hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

UUsuário convidadoYi Zhige Hotel é uma marca de hotel em que confio muito. Ainda me lembro da primeira vez que fiquei em Hangzhou em 2018. Gostei muito pelo bom atendimento e instalações relativamente completas para uma viagem de negócios. Desta vez fiquei no Heyi Zhige Hotel em Haihu, Xining. As instalações eram antigas e o serviço estava atualizado, mas não havia sorriso e o hotel não estava atento às questões principais.
O que eu quero falar especialmente é o café da manhã deles! Há coisas boas e coisas ruins. Estou falando principalmente sobre as questões principais (estou em viagem de negócios há muito tempo, então descobrirei os problemas amanhã depois do café da manhã)
1. Problema de fatia de pão: comi partículas de espuma de PVC quando comi o pão, contactei imediatamente o escritório frontal e disse-lhes (disse-lhes duas vezes) e pedi-lhes que verificassem. Mas parecia que eles não levaram isso a sério e não me responderam sobre os resultados. Planejei tomar dois comprimidos para inspeção antes de partir.
2. Problema com os pratos: não sei se o chef é preguiçoso ou se cozinha demais de propósito todos os dias. Se um determinado prato estiver cozido demais, seria errado continuar servindo no dia seguinte. São quatro pratos quentes no total. Se você for cedo, ainda poderá comer os novos pratos do dia. Depois das 8h30, ele substituirá as sobras do dia anterior e verei os pratos substituídos no dia seguinte. é assim que funciona todos os dias. Felizmente, estou em viagem de negócios, então sei que basicamente não comerei a comida do dia anterior. E quanto aos outros. Um lírio e aipo foram fritos por três dias. Será um prato quente no dia 1º de janeiro de 2025 e um prato frio nos dias 2 e 3 de janeiro. Você pode ver a foto. Espero que uma marca de hotel tão boa possa se limpar e administrar bem.
Eu os informei de tudo isso com antecedência e esperava que eles levassem isso a sério, mas eles não pareciam levar isso a sério. Posso entender que, afinal, isso não é nosso. Mas é preciso lembrar que se o hotel falir, você terá que perder o emprego e recomeçar.

We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean

The location is fairly central but it's situated within a park so it's not that easy to find and hard for a car to go in the area and maneuver. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Not terrible but not worth the money.

UUsuário convidado唐道的酒店還是很不錯的，前台辦理入住也快，周邊的美食也多。進到房間也挺有特色的，好大一個圓床，馬桶還是智能的，不會關窗簾，喊了客房工作人員來幫忙，介紹了小歐管家，原來這窗簾 燈光 都不用手動，這價格真是值啊，房間温度也可以，實話是一次不錯的體驗。以後來西寧玩，還會選擇你們家。也祝店家生意興隆哈🌈🌈🌈
