The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around by taxi or public transport, and there are plenty of dining options and shopping centers nearby. The room was spotless, with great ventilation and natural light. All the in-room amenities were complete and in perfect working order, and both the hot water and air conditioning functioned smoothly. The front desk staff were gentle, friendly, efficient, and provided thoughtful and attentive service. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, making it suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. I honestly recommend everyone to stay here.

Great hotel, centrally located to everything! Easy access from the train station- it took less than 45 min to get from the train station to the hotel. About 1.5 blocks from the metro (about 8 min walk), this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It’s about 15 walk from the famous pedestrian street and other popular sights/ restaurants that you may want to visit as well. The room was extremely comfortable with everything you’d need. Our room faced the main road but the sound proofing was fantastic and you didn’t hear anything. While they offer laundry on-site, you actually just pass the laundry to them and they’ll return it you within 4 hours. Everything was very clean and the daily cleaning staff was great! The staff were fantastic, helpful in every way. When we arrived there was no record of our pre-paid reservation. They immediately called Trip to sort it out and checked us in quite quickly. I would stay at this hotel again the next time we come to Changsha!

The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Tingjian Suyu Hotel（Chang Sha） This is truly my favorite hotel throughout this Changsha trip, and a place that made me feel completely at ease ❤️ First, the environment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Despite being located in the city center, the sleep quality was excellent. I especially loved their custom-made pillows, which significantly improved our rest and made every night deeply relaxing. Second, the thoughtful details. From the unforgettable Changsha rice noodles at breakfast to the complimentary afternoon tea during the cold winter, every detail felt warm and well-considered ☕️. Third—and the main reason I would return—is the service. Every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and responsive. No matter what we needed, they were always there, making us feel safe and cared for—almost like having a personal butler at home. Lastly, a very special highlight: Since we were traveling in winter with lots of luggage, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel offers free luggage delivery to the airport ✈️. Stayed: 2 days during a business trip. Hotel & atmosphere: Small boutique hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, beautifully decorated, and suitable for a short stay. Location: As I was only staying two nights, I wanted to be in Kaifu District, a historic area of Changsha. The hotel is located within the Chaozong Ancient Street (潮宗古街) area, which has a strong local atmosphere with traditional architecture, food streets, and pedestrian zones. There are many cute restaurants, cafés, local boutiques, and pleasant walking areas within easy walking distance. One practical point to note is that some taxis may drop off or pick up on the main road, about 100 meters from the hotel. Room & noise: The room was comfortable. Earplugs are also provided. Service & communication: Service was friendly and attentive. Staff use translation tools to communicate effectively. Breakfast: Breakfast is not available at the hotel, but there are many options nearby, including small Chinese eateries, tea and coffee shops, and convenience stores. Transport: Changsha South Train Station is about 40 minutes away. Taxi to Wuxi cost around 24 RMB. Taxis in China using DiDi (via the Alipay app) are convenient and inexpensive. Value for money: Very good value for the price paid. Overall: A comfortable and well-located small boutique hotel with good service and good value. I would recommend it.

First of all, my comment is that this hotel was much better than our expectations, in fact it was very good from everything we expected. First, for a location very close to the subway (chaoyangcun), take exit 5 or 9. Second, the check in process was very fast and professional. Third, the bed and all amenities are in good condition and clean, even the pillows are provided in 2 types, medium hard and soft. Next to the hotel entrance there is a very delicious and cheap place to eat. Our family is really satisfied and happy to choose this hotel on our tour with trips.com.Thank You
