Eu gostei Da minha estadia.  Pros: localização, secretária de frente muito útil, pequeno-almoço bonito Cons: nenhum ventilador no banheiro, o secador de cabelo pararia de trabalhar de dois em dois minutos e estou bastante certo que os meus AirPods foram roubados.

Foi uma ótima experiência neste hotel em Genebra. O atendimento foi excelente, o quarto estava limpo e a localização era ótima, perto da estação de trem. Dá para ir a pé até o Lago de Genebra em 5 minutos e apreciar a vista da varanda pela manhã. Um hotel muito bom em Genebra, com preço justo. Recomendo.

Como um hotel três estrelas para viagens a negócios, fiquei muito satisfeito. A localização do hotel é excelente, muito perto da estação de trem, a apenas 15 minutos a pé. O aeroporto fica a cerca de 40 minutos de táxi. Serviços: Caso não tenha um adaptador de tomada, você pode solicitar um na recepção. Chinelos e outros itens também podem ser solicitados na recepção. O serviço foi muito atencioso e acolhedor. Instalações: O hotel é muito novo e as instalações são todas novas, limpas e higiênicas. Café da manhã: É um típico café da manhã europeu com uma grande variedade, muito bom. No geral, uma ótima experiência, excelente para viagens a negócios ou lazer.

As instalações dos quartos são muito antigas, especialmente o banheiro, que não parece muito limpo (na verdade é bastante limpo) e realmente precisa ser reformado. Ressalta-se principalmente que a banheira é muito alta. Idosos e crianças podem cair facilmente ao sair da banheira, o que é perigoso.

Great location to stay in Geneva as it is easily walkable from train station and also within the town for shopping and dining. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nossa estadia no Drake Longchamp foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Recomendo muito! O serviço foi excepcional, com a funcionária (Enora) dando ótimas dicas de restaurantes e atrações durante nossa estadia.

Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto é muito bom, limpo e espaçoso. A localização é excelente, a poucos minutos a pé da rodoviária e a 5-10 minutos a pé da estação de trem. Recomendo muito.

Hotel was immaculately clean and smelt lovely, room was perfect, location was great, right in the heart of Geneva with easy access to train stations/bus stations and activity pick up points, nice chocolate shop underneath the hotel, with a McDonald’s and a wine and cheese restaurant. Although the breakfast buffet was all cold food baring boiled eggs, however choice was great, staff very attentive. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap enough for Geneva and couldn’t fault it personally.

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
