The landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home. We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

It’s the best for a person who has overnight layover! Like they are trained for that specifically. Free shuttle bus any time is real! But I couldn’t contact them by email though. Gotta call them, hope they fix that, I emailed a lot prior to my trip too. And the staffs are so kind that it made me feel safe and secure that I will not miss my flight 😌 If you have to leave early for flight before breakfast time. They will give you muffins and apples! The room was so big and nice, I wish I didn’t have the flight to catch so I can keep sleeping in that humungous king bed. There’s an atm at the lobby.

O hotel tem uma piscina, mas é quase uma piscina; é pequena, adequada para brincar na água, não para corridas. O hotel fica bem no centro da cidade, perto de tudo, perfeito para quem gosta de explorar os pontos turísticos. A maioria das atrações turísticas fica a 2 a 4 quilômetros. No entanto, há um grande cemitério nas proximidades. A leste do hotel, há uma grande ladeira que desce para uma área industrial. Do outro lado da rua, ao norte, há um cemitério. Pensei que fosse o único, mas descobri que há outro a oeste. Há cinco ou seis outros cemitérios ao redor, incluindo um cemitério chinês. A enorme área gramada ao redor do hotel no mapa não é um parque, mas sim um cemitério! Felizmente, o cemitério não é muito assustador; parece um parque casual por onde você passaria, então não parece excessivamente assustador. Quanto ao serviço, ao contrário da China, onde a recepção é composta por mulheres jovens e bonitas, há alguns homens mais velhos. Um homem branco de meia-idade parece simpático, mas os outros não. São do Oriente Médio e seus músculos faciais não conseguem se mover para sorrir, transmitindo uma aura fria e distante. Não é adequado para o setor de serviços! O serviço de quarto é razoável; se não fossem as caras feias das recepcionistas, o resto seria aceitável.

Modern and new room with everything you need! Breakfast and coffee were available to purchase with reasonable price!

I don't typically stay in hostels, but this was a great find! Very clean property, quiet, and peaceful. It is about a 30min drive to the downtown area and no shops within walking distance so you'll need to drive or get an Uber. Other, great room (I stayed in the cozy room), very cleab, bed is big and comfortable. Free towels and bath amenities. The kitchen has a decent amount of cookware. There is a living room and a room with a fireplace so lots of space to lounge around. Staff are also kind and quick to respond, just give them a text or call. Good pricing and easy check-in process. Will definitely book again!

O hotel fica a cerca de 8 quilômetros do aeroporto. Embora não haja serviço de ônibus público, há um serviço de traslado gratuito, o que o torna bastante conveniente. Não há comércio nas proximidades, o que dificulta compras e restaurantes. Os quartos são muito espaçosos, bem equipados, modernos, limpos e confortáveis. No entanto, algumas comodidades deixam a desejar, como o banheiro pequeno e o vaso sanitário horizontal. O café da manhã é bem farto e delicioso, mas o preço é um pouco alto.

I had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel in Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was the shuttle service—punctual, convenient, and such a stress-free way to get around. It made my trip much smoother. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

We were a tad alarmed when we first walked into the lobby as there was construction going on in both the lobby and breakfast area. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool
