Perfect!! New and SPOTLESS room. Yes, a little small for American standards but more than enough for a short stay. Good breakfast, with healthy options (fruit, good yogurt, omelettes)… my husband would have liked more options but I had to remember him that it’s a 2-star hotel. It did not seem like that, but above 😊 Body soap, shampoo, condicioning and body cream. The only thing that I missed was a hairdryer… I have brought one just in case from some others 2-star hotels reviews. I didn’t ask but I am pretty sure that they would have provided one at your request. The room also had an iron & iron table. Very kind personnel. And… kids stay for free!! We are a family of three but even better deal for a family of four!! Close to the highway, 15-20 min driving to Capitol and downtown… and perfect location to explore the sorroundings!!

The service was good they allow me to check in early. No room service (food wise) they do have a mini store. Location was close to the highway. There alot of hotels in the area to choose from so this was the best option. Water pressure in shower was low. The room also had a small kitchen.

A minha sala estava limpa, confortável e pensante com tudo o que precisava para ficar confortável.A cama estava incrivelmente confortável, fornecendo o descanso perfeito após um longo dia de viagem. A moderna acomodação da sala, incluindo uma grande TV de tela plana e Wi-Fi rápido, tornou a minha estadia ainda mais agradável. Uma Das acentuações Da minha visita foi o pequeno-almoço de graça que tive de oferecer todas as manhãs.A seleção FOI impressionante, com UMA variedade de opções para se adequar a todos OS sabores. Se EU estava EM um humor para algo que era ligeiro Como fruta fresca e iogurte ou algo Mais cordial Como waffles e ovos, sempre havia algo delicioso para começar o MEU dia de folga. A localização do hotel era perfeita para as minhas necessidades, apenas a poucos minutos do Aeroporto Internacional Austin-Bergstrom.O serviço de navegação de graças era um grande conforto, tornando a minha viagem para e do aeroporto sem esforço. Apesar de estar perto do aeroporto, o hotel estava tranquilo e tranquilo, garantindo uma estadia tranquila. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-maintened fitness center and inviting outdoor pool, added to the overall experience. It was nice to have these options available to relax after a busy day. Em geral, a minha estadia no Microtel Inn & Suites no Aeroporto de Wyndham Austin foi excelente.A combinação de quartos limpos, confortáveis, pessoal amigável e localização confortável tornou-a uma escolha ideal para minha viagem. Recomendo a todos que procurem um bom lugar para ficarem em Austin, e espero voltar para a minha próxima visita!

This hotel is very good and very nicely located, you can’t beat the price. The only complaint I have is with all front desk personnel. Everyone I encountered from check in on were very sour and non friendly. I don’t t think they understand the hospitality part of working at a hotel, maybe they weren’t very happy working New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

The room was spacious and nice, there were small cockroaches tho.

Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. The towels were very worn out. There were tears in the sheets of the bed. Looked like some sort of red splatter on the ceiling and black stains in the bathroom ceiling. The mattress was super worn out, even had a massive indention in the middle. You could hear the springs every time you moved or sat on the bed. The TV channels were not working and the door was missing the extra safety lock. The desk chair was super worn. Nonetheless the AC/Heater worked, there was a running microwave and fridge. It did the job!

Front desk attendant when we checked in was super nice and helpful. The first room they gave me had no power. Moved me to a different room this room had no shower curtain and no towels to wash or dry off with. I will never stay here again.
