Encontre hotéis 2-Star em Cusco

I took a chance and booked despite the lack of reviews, and I’m so glad I did. It’s an excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The bed was cozy with fresh, clean white linens, and the towels were also spotless. The breakfasts were excellent. The place is quiet, safe, and offers a beautiful view. The central square is just a 7-minute walk away. I would like to express special thanks to Isabel for her care and attentiveness. Thank you for the comfort, I will definitely come back.

San Pedro Station ＆ A few minutes walk from San Pedro Market. The train to Machu Picchu (using the Peru Rail) departed early in the morning and arrived at night, but it was very convenient because it was right from the station. The front desk is also available 24 hours a day, and when I went out early in the morning to the tour to Rainbow Mountain, I took the trouble to unlock the lock of the entrance without a disgusting face. The staff were very kind and we had a very good stay. I was in the room on the 4th floor, but it was a little tight because it was a staircase. Other than that, there was no particular problem. The temperature and water pressure of the shower are OK.

I'd love to give a good review as the place is cute and the people nice. However, it's imposible to get a good night sleep as everything is old wood and the walls are too thin. You can hear everyone walking and talking from around the hostel at all times and the five days I was there I couldn't sleep at all, even though I had a room by myself. If you value sleeping (which you will in cusco as tours are quite early) I don't recommend the hostel at all.

Właściciel dbał o serwowanie śniadań i dopilnowanie bagażu, kiedy podróżowaliśmy w inne miejsca. Śniadania w porządku, mogłyby być większe i bardziej różnorodne (codziennie pieczywo, odrobina masła, odrobina dżemu, 3 plasterki szynki i sera na dwie osoby i mini porcja jajecznicy). Herbata dostępna całą dobę. Papierowe kubki zazwyczaj były, ale nie było dostępnych szklanek, sztućców do używania w pokoju. Przy zameldowaniu nikogo nie było w środku, ale na szczęście był z nami przewodnik który skontaktował się z właścicielem. Pokój dość chłodny ale jest elektryczny grzejnik, dzięki temu mieliśmy bardzo ciepło. Łazienka malutka, kotara w prysznicu trochę przepuszcza wodę więc w łazience jest mokro. Zestawy kosmetyków dostępne. Przepiękny widok na panoramę Cusco 🙌🏻 Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

O homem na recepção foi muito gentil. As instalações e serviços são excelentes, então você não ficará entediado mesmo se ficar por muito tempo. Os quartos são limpos. Os chuveiros têm água quente. A cozinha é espaçosa. Há também uma sala de visualização de vídeo. Como é em Cusco, os tours vão buscá-lo em frente ao hotel. Eles também guardam sua bagagem quando você for para Machu Picchu. Foi muito bom.

Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Hotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

К сожалению я не довольна отелем. Первое - здесь нет отопления, ни одной батареи. На третий день пребывания я заболела из-за холода. Почитав отзывы, я поняла что можно попросить обогреватель, что я и сделала. Второе - слышимость действительно сильная. Огромные щели в дверях номера. Слышно абсолютно всё - как люди приходят и уходят, смотрят телевизор , разговаривают и тд. Я часто просыпалась среди ночи, когда люди уезжали на экскурсии и хлопали дверью . Третье - очень скудный завтрак! Буквально две булки на человека, немного масла, сыр и колбаса, джем и на маленьком блюдце подают скрембл , по напиткам чай, кофе и это весь завтрак . Также у меня возникла проблема с завтраками для экскурсий. Я просила приготовить их для меня , но никто этого не сделал. У меня было две экскурсии и получается за два завтрака я просто выбросила деньги на ветер. Четвертое - за 5 дней моего пребывания НИ РАЗУ не было уборки в номере, хотя я читала , что уборка ежедневная. На 4 день я спросила почему в моем номере не убирают и мне сказали, что я должна была отдать ключ от номера и тогда они бы убрались. Но мне конечно же о таких условиях никто не сказал :) Ну и последнее , женщина , которая готовит завтраки , как мне показалось, не взлюбила меня из-за того что я не говорю по испански. При этом я видела что она была милой с другими гостями. Я бы не советовала этот отель!

When I arrived at the store at 5:30 in the afternoon, the proprietress helped me book a bus➕train trip that would leave at 3:30 in the morning. She also asked me to run to the Hotwater Town Visitor Center as soon as I got off the train, because most people came to queue for that train. Those who buy tickets will wait for dozens more people every minute they are late. I bought the classic Line 2 at 8 o'clock the next morning as I wished, and later booked two one-day tours at the boss's house, as well as a bus to Puno in the evening.
