"We stayed at Helios Bay for 9 nights, and this was our second visit, which says a lot about how much we enjoy staying here. The apartments are lovely, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, attending every day with fresh towels and bedding, which was much appreciated. The pool area is also a real positive. There are plenty of sunbeds, so there are no early morning sunbed wars, and there’s always somewhere to relax. The only real negatives were the courtesy room and the lack of pool supervision. The courtesy room is in need of modernisation. It wasn’t particularly clean, there’s a clear glass door that looks straight into the shower area, offering very little privacy, and without air conditioning it becomes unbearably hot—you end up sweating to the point of feeling light-headed. The other issue was the main pool. During our stay, a large family repeatedly took over the pool with constant diving, large inflatables, and games of volleyball. The pool simply isn’t big enough for that kind of activity. At one point, a teenager even jumped over my head while I was in the pool and thought it was funny. I certainly made my feelings known! The behaviour became so disruptive that younger children wouldn’t even use the main pool. What was disappointing was that not one member of staff stepped in to ask them to calm down or show consideration for the other guests. A little more supervision would have made a big difference and ensured everyone could enjoy the facilities. Despite these issues, they were the only real negatives from an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely return to Helios Bay again, but I do think staff need to be more proactive in managing guests who have little consideration for others."

A qualidade do buffet é excepcional, não há cortar esquina e o almoço é servido no restaurante frontal do mar e um carro cheio de la com pratos como a bacia do mar, o bolo de angus preto (a três maneiras), pasta, pizza e muito mais. O jantar era um negócio de luxo puro com dois cartões e um buffet melhorado.Não vou mencionar nenhum pessoal por nome, porque todos nós tratamos eram extremamente amigáveis, profissionais e curiosos. Estou certo de que aqueles que não conhecemos eram tão excepcionais.Acabamos de chegar a casa esta noite e já concedemos a nossa próxima visita. Já fomos a alguns bons hotéis Na Frente e este é o cabeça de um ombro acima deles. Embora sempre sejamos inclusivos, normalmente temos pequeno-almoço e jantar no hotel e comemos no dia, mas estamos a pensar que voltamos para um almoço excepcional. As bebidas são de topo com um espectáculo particularmente forte no frente do gin com gins incluídos do País de Gales, França, Itália, Japão e Alemanha.Recomendo certamente este hotel a quem quer que procure e espere o melhor."

"A clean hotel, so an apartment with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The decor is a bit old, but that's not a problem. The pool is large and clean. The welcome is warm and the two air conditioners are available. It's located 20 minutes from the airport by car and 15 minutes from the city center on foot. The beach is only 600 meters away, with restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. Top-notch!"

"The hotel cannot in any way live up to the expectations raised by the website and the photos. Compliments to the marketing agency and the photographer. We arrived at night and the first impression was extremely dreary. Totally uncharming and cold entrance hall, which would do justice to any emergency room in a hospital. Cold, white, bright light everywhere in the hotel, which does not create any kind of coziness. Rooms cheaply renovated and pretty run down. The room also has this unpleasant, bright, cold lighting. Toilet so narrow that there was hardly any room to sit down. Never again"

"We had a Perfect break. Lovely hotel. Stunning beach view. The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. We stayed in room 208. Arrived quite late. The reception staff swiftly checked us in and we got a pack up for dinner. Luggage was taken to our room before we got to the room. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Attentive, friendly hotel staff. The hotel is spotless. Our room was spotless, massive comfy bed. The only negative for me was the pillows they were just a bit too soft for my liking. Equipped with tea/ coffee facilities, hair dryer and fridge. Plenty of cost hangers. And a hot powerful shower. We had a two hour treatment each. Full body massage and a facial. It was so relaxing and very much needed. Our therapist was Lisa. She is a fantastic masseuse. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you so much! Also has a sauna, indoor pool and gym but we didn't use them. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again if I return to Cyprus. "

Eu voltaria 100%, mais tenho um último minuto de negociação com que estou tão feliz.É um pouco longe da cidade, mas estava apenas à procura de relaxar, principalmente no hotel, por isso não me incomodou. Obrigado por UMA pausa incrível, eles até me deram um sanduíche e UMA garrafa de água gratuita quando cheguei à meia-noite, que EU achei ser UMA boa toque, e EU recomendo"

"My advice to anyone thinking of a cheap holiday it's cheap but expensive for what you get a bed that's it. There is nothing good about this place. Staff member I met was nasty and ignorant. They say Aircon in rooms there isn't believe me you need Aircon there isn't even a fan available. Aircon pipes exposed and water leaking over the floor. They also say WiFi there isn't in any of the rooms. It's so run down I wouldn't let my dog sleep here. The apartments have no facilities to cook not even supplied with knives and forks. No fridge either. No lock box. Black mould in the bathroom. These thing advertised but aren't in the rooms. Can't understand how they have the nerve to let people stay here. Cockroaches everywhere. It's like a nightmare hotel/apartment. The breakfast dog food tastes better. Many drunken teenagers when we were there had altercation with neighbour across in other building singing and loud music until 2am. This place is not suitable for elderly or parents with children. We were three stories up and no lifts. I beg you think twice before going here."

"My son’s birthday at Fiki restaurant turned into a beautiful and memorable evening for us. First of all, the hotel itself looks absolutely stunning after the renovation. It truly feels like the property has received a completely new life and energy. The atmosphere is elegant, warm, and very welcoming. The dinner was excellent from beginning to end. Everything was delicious, but the soup, rolls and beef noodles deserves special mention — absolutely amazing, the quality of the food and presentation was outstanding. Most importantly, the service made our evening truly special. A big thanks to the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Anna for taking such great care of us throughout the evening - you kind, positive and smily approach has made our mood. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the gentleman who also assisted us, brought birthday treat with candle and sang a birthday song - sweetnes was overloaded and it was wonderful as well. I would also like to sincerely thank the Hotel Manager Mr. Paraskevas to take time and congratulate us personally, and in general for making our family celebration even more special. It was an unforgettable experience!"

"We would like to thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week away. The first and last member of staff we saw was Angelina on reception and she was friendly and courteous all the way through our stay. I also need to mention Robert and Eleni at the bar who worked very long hours, but always with a smile. In the restaurant Harun (very charming chap who is very accommodating with the wine!). I can't remember all the staffs names, however, every single one of them was amazing from start to finish. We only went for a week and opted for a standard room. It may have been basic, but it was clean and the beds, we both found comfortable (some would consider them firm). The food was plentiful and varied and the drink more than palatable (try the cocktails which are free on the all inclusive). The entertainment in the evenings was a giggle and gave you a chance to mix with the other guests. I would suggest to anyone who goes there to have a wonder around (as we only thought there was one pool, there are three!) All in all a very pleasurable time was had by us and we would happily go back. By the way, the hotel is also very well situated (about 20 minute walk to Paphos harbour) and the local bus station is 2 minutes away. Happily recommend! Many thanks once again for a pleasant stay."
