"The receptionists are very nice and helpful, whenever I asked about the transportation and site seeing suggestion, they were willing to help.
Just one point to be mentioned, the actual name of this hotel is 漾築酒店，which is totally different from I have booked, this misleading information have made me so confused.
Bedside, the address is quite tricky, since this hotel is located at another hotel's 18/F and 19/F, suggested that the location details and how can travellers reach the hotel should be added inside the remarks."

룸은 진짜 청결하고 고층(43층) 전망 좋은 곳으로 배정해 주셨는데 감사했습니다. 정말 만족했습니다. ㅎ
또한, 생수 부족할까봐 추가로 더 챙겨 주시고, 좋은 슬리퍼도 별도로 제공해 주셨어요~ 편안한 휴식과 따뜻한 배려 깊이 감사드립니다~ 선양 다시 가게되면 꼭 다시가고 싶어요!

"I recently stayed at Yoho Hotel Apartment from January 16 to January 18, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect; just a five-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars, which added to the enjoyment of my stay.
The room was fairly clean and maintained at a comfortable temperature throughout my visit, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it offered everything I needed for a short trip.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would happily choose Yoho Hotel Apartment again for future visits!"

"Nice location, about five minutes from the river, which has great running and cycling tracks for long-distance exercise. The room was in an apartment-style, with plenty of room, light, and comfort. Some slight damage to walls and furnishings, but nothing major. I didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment, but was satisfied with everything else provided. Would recommend."

LLanJiangFrom the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits.
Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

AAngel GgTThis place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional.
There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts.
During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful.
On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by its modern interior. The lobby was well - designed, with sleek lines and contemporary decor elements. It was a refreshing change from the often - stuffy and traditional hotel lobbies. The use of light colors and minimalistic furniture created an open and airy feel, setting a positive tone for my entire stay.
My room was a haven of cleanliness. Every surface, from the floors to the tabletops, was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and fresh, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support. The bathroom was equally spotless, with modern fixtures and a well - maintained shower area. It was evident that the hotel staff took great pride in keeping the premises clean.
However, the real standout feature of this hotel is its airport drop - off service. I had an early - morning flight, and I was dreading the hassle of finding transportation at such an ungodly hour. But thanks to Yunshangju's reliable drop - off service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. They made sure I reached the airport in plenty of time for my flight, allowing me to start my journey with peace of mind.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located hotel near Shenyang Taoxian Airport, Yunshangju Hotel (Shenyang Taoxian Airport Branch) is an excellent choice. Despite its small size, it offers all the essential amenities and a service that goes above and beyond to meet the needs of travelers. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shenyang.

UUsuário anônimoFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

YYuzuruSamaThe room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window.
What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:-
1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour.
2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there.
The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

YYaowangcangqiong0304Fiquei em um quarto duplo uma vez em julho e fui atraído pelo serviço e qualidade do hotel. Fiquei aqui novamente desta vez. Desta vez escolhi a sala de cama king-size com pressão zero. No geral, ainda é digno de elogio.
Serviço: A senhora do escritório frontal fez o check-in com muito entusiasmo. Ela era muito habilidosa no negócio e fez o check-in rapidamente. Ela também tinha um sorriso no rosto durante todo o processo, o que fez as pessoas se sentirem muito calorosas. Além disso, o hotel tem uma cooperação com Wu Ye Noodles no andar de baixo. Cleanliness: It’s very clean, but just that the previous resident might smoke in the room, making it heavy of cigarette smell when I just come in.
Location: It’s strategic, 10-ish minutes walk to the metro station called 金融中心 (Jin Rong Zhong Xin) and nearby Muslim Street (where they sell halal foods along the street)
Service: The owner there is very friendly and always be there to help you!!
Amenities: They provide slippers, basic hygiene stuff, and you may take some free amenities on the counter if you forgot to bring one!! The body wash and the hair shampoo are nice too
Overall, I enjoy my stay over here and will come back again!!

It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map.
I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk.
Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate.
There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym.
There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment.
The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay.
The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls.
Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin.
Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business.
This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.)
Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

GGuest UserWhat a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
