"想找一個能趕海的地方，就搜到了這家趕海民宿。房間裏有廚房，找老闆要了鍋碗瓢盆，老闆還額外送來了油鹽醬醋和葱姜。走幾分鐘就是海邊，沙灘乾淨，拍照打卡都很出片，就是趕海貨有點少，老闆又幫我問了漁民導航了另一個趕海地點也不遠。附近有美食街，吃飯方便，價錢不算便宜。開車去老闆推薦的海鮮市場，買回來自己做。來拉唯那一定要找帶廚房的公寓，太方便了。"

優點：這間民宿房間格局比較合適 兩室一廳 這家服務態度挺不錯的 基本任何問題都能協調幫助解決 這點好評 小區周邊用餐也較為方便 超市等都有 早餐外面也能買到 停車也方便 接待的小夥子還幫忙打了飲用水
缺點：這個户型離小區大門最遠 走出去長者孩子還是累 房間衹有客廳有空調 其他房間沒有 客廳開太低很冷 其他房間又很熱 晚上睡覺關門就沒冷氣 房間沒有電視 帶長者孩子出來 還是有這方面需求 説句題外話 這邊的海水太臟了 黑的 還都是油泥 不怎麼樣"

衞生間的門吸是壞的，晚上起風門就亂撞，需要那小椅子擋着。一次性牙刷不好用，介意的朋友需要自帶。
衞生情況一般，確實海景，在大卧室可以看到海，窗户不乾淨。房間裏沒有紙巾，衞生紙衹給一卷，沒有免費的瓶裝水，需要的朋友請自帶，洗手盆掛毛巾的架子不結實，小心點拽毛巾。
總體就是裝修應該是很久了，該有的也都有，大卧室兩張床，一張1.8米，一張1.5米，小卧室比較小，有一張1.5米雙人床，離海邊也如描述的步行到海邊5-6分鐘，離商業街和業主食堂都不遠。如果帶長者孩子又不是要求特別高的朋友閉眼住，如果要求高的請三思，畢竟價格合理，性價比合適！房東也是有問必答！
週末去車位樓下緊張，小區較遠的地方也有車位。

JJingzhi♀房間不錯，房東也熱情，但小區建設的太差勁了，這小區入住率不高，每棟樓上都沒有樓號，地庫裏更沒有對應的樓號了，找4號樓找了好久，整個小區裏都沒人，想問問具體樓號都問不到，最後從地庫隨便坐了一部電梯上來，到一層一看這棟樓就跟荒廢的一樣，到處是塵土和蛛網，得虧跟我爸一起上來的，給我倆嚇夠嗆，又回地庫了；第三晚想去門口三貝碼頭遛彎就沒開車，直接坐電梯到1層，想着溜達出去，一出樓門整個小區烏漆嘛黑一片竟然連個路燈都沒有，我們又被嚇回屋裡了，就沖這配套不會再住了，嚇人
