"The complex is actually not that bad. The reception is on the other side of the street (East) compared to where the pin sits in the map (West). We were assigned a room in a building deeper into the neighbourhood. It seems to be a multi-building, multi-storey undertaking, certainly not a b&b-style, mom and pop business. While basic and shabby, we had a good sleep. Although blankets have not been changed for months, I believe. Y5 metro fare might be enough from Guangzhou downtown if you disembark at Leigang, where Walmart, McDonalds are, and walk the remaining 2 kms."

across the road got another Tiandi Mall. There's variety of food and affordable prices. Inside the Boden supermarket, they sell bread after 8:30 PM. There's a promotion for 4 for RMB16 is very good deal.

Highly recommend stay in the Roomme Apartment.

"Place was clean and the bed is super comfortable. Huge TV but most were Chinese channels only a couple of free English movies on VOD. Had all the amenities toiletries, Chinese tea (no coffee) and 2 bottles of water each day. Washing machine and free detergent.
Location not close to metro but there are bus stops. Didi cheap in china so I mainly took that to the tourist area of Zumaio which cost less than 10 RMB (10 minutes). It's next to some new office buildings so helps of eateries and coffee shops, good clean environment. Also 5 minute walk to a mall with Walmart.
Just add their WeChat when you checkin. Staff are really friendly and get's back to you if you have any questions really quick on WeChat. I picked the cheapest room so I didn't get a room with the great view but had a wonderful stay, will definitely book this place again when back on Foshan!"

"The staff were helpful and friendly and the price is good. But it has not been renovated for a long time, it was a little bit moldy in the bathroom and there were tiny insects in the drain, and a strong cigarette scent.
But if you are not squeamish, it's a good price performance for the area."

LLiliia KhusnullinaGreat place to stay. It is very close to the Outlets village. Also it’s easy to get around as the subway just 5 min away from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, there was washing machine in the room. AC AND WIFI worked well. Good experience!

I'm pretty satisfied with this stay, however I dislike using their disposable towels for shower. it is very thin so not good at absorbing water.
also I stayed two nights and the cleaner did sloppy job in cleaning my room.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel — overall a comfortable, clean, and convenient choice in the Foshan Jinshazhou area.

The service was one of the highlights. Many guests mention that the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions or assist with check-in. The overall attitude feels welcoming and professional, which makes arriving and departing stress-free. 
🏨 Facilities
The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, with rooms that feel spacious, clean, and properly ventilated. Many reviewers found the rooms well equipped and spotless, with excellent soundproofing, which made resting easy. Facilities like the gym, tea room, and leisure areas add extra value if you’re staying longer. Free public parking and EV charging stations are also convenient perks.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, responding promptly to any needs. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding amenities. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, making it a reliable choice for business trips and leisure travel. The experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

BBewonderaarThe service and location were great but the rooms are neglected. I could see it used to be very nice but it is in a state of disrepair. My first room was very dirty and smelled of smoke. They then upgraded me which was nice. The fridge was very dirty in both rooms. They did send cleaners to clean it thereafter. The roof in the bathroom had a hole in it and many areas showed they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The staff were lovely and they provided amenities and cleaning services on request.
