you just cannot find a better one than this hotel, in terms of price, location, service, room size and the facilities provided - I mean in Foshan, China

this apt is located in a business building with lots of small restaurants and shops downstairs. very convenient. the room is small but has everything you need. I'm pretty satisfied with this stay, however I dislike using their disposable towels for shower. it is very thin so not good at absorbing water. also I stayed two nights and the cleaner did sloppy job in cleaning my room.

initial room given had faulty aircon,was given another room where everything works well,clean location is good close to metro, walkable, close to food shops,many varieties of foods available, pedestrian street close too, really wonderful place to see many people walking around,buying many different types of foods,it's a food paradise and prices are v reasonable.

Excellent location next to Zumiao metro station. Very clean room with comfortable quality mattress…great amenities (heater works well) service staff Ah Foong n Ah Chung extremely helpful in providing us useful information on sights seeing. Thank you all for our wonderful 3 night stay with up graded room.

⭐ My Experience at FoShan Jinshazhou Mansion Hotel I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel — overall a comfortable, clean, and convenient choice in the Foshan Jinshazhou area. 🧑💼 Service The service was one of the highlights. Many guests mention that the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions or assist with check-in. The overall attitude feels welcoming and professional, which makes arriving and departing stress-free.  🏨 Facilities The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, with rooms that feel spacious, clean, and properly ventilated. Many reviewers found the rooms well equipped and spotless, with excellent soundproofing, which made resting easy. Facilities like the gym, tea room, and leisure areas add extra value if you’re staying longer. Free public parking and EV charging stations are also convenient perks.  The location is quite convenient — it’s near Wanda Plaza and other entertainment/food hubs, which makes exploring local shops and restaurants easy.  🍽️ Food The on-site restaurant serves a buffet breakfast with mainly Chinese cuisine in a modern setting. The service and location were great but the rooms are neglected. I could see it used to be very nice but it is in a state of disrepair. My first room was very dirty and smelled of smoke. They then upgraded me which was nice. The fridge was very dirty in both rooms. They did send cleaners to clean it thereafter. The roof in the bathroom had a hole in it and many areas showed they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The staff were lovely and they provided amenities and cleaning services on request.

The hygiene was quite good. Although the room wasn't very big, everything, including the toiletries, was disposable, clean, and very hygienic. The service attitude was also excellent and relatively standardized. The only downside is that the amenities might be a bit basic, and there might be KTV noise at night, but I was so tired I fell asleep immediately.

The complex is actually not that bad. The reception is on the other side of the street (East) compared to where the pin sits in the map (West). We were assigned a room in a building deeper into the neighbourhood. It seems to be a multi-building, multi-storey undertaking, certainly not a b&b-style, mom and pop business. While basic and shabby, we had a good sleep. Although blankets have not been changed for months, I believe. Y5 metro fare might be enough from Guangzhou downtown if you disembark at Leigang, where Walmart, McDonalds are, and walk the remaining 2 kms.
