A localização do hotel é super boa. Não fica longe de lugar nenhum."

"Lovely accommodation in an excellent location not far from lake (5 mins from lake swimming spot) and walkable from station. Well worth considering as an alternative to hotels."

"Há água quente gratuita 24 horas por dia, há um supermercado com preços especiais isolados e o jantar é servido. Demora 10 minutos para chegar à Estação Central e é fácil chegar a todos os pontos turísticos. Mas o ponto mais importante é que o vaso sanitário e o banheiro não estão trancados."

"Probably my experience at this Lucerne Youth Hostel branch wasn't the best — though it certainly wasn't bad either. I suspect that was partly because I was coming directly from their Zermatt branch, where I had an absolutely amazing stay. I should also mention something I forgot to include in my Zermatt review: at the Zermatt Youth Hostel, they offer the thoughtful option of a lunch box if you can't stay for breakfast the next morning. The cook there made me the best sandwich ever 😍, which I enjoyed after my hike to the Matterhorn — with a Matterhorn view, no less! I think that's such a wonderful gesture for travelers. I asked about a similar option at the Lucerne Youth Hostel, but they didn't offer it, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast also lacked any fresh veggies 🥗. I hope they might consider implementing a lunch box service; I believe early-bird travelers would really appreciate it. On a positive note, I really appreciated that they had an iron available at the reception — that came in very handy. That said, I didn't find the facilities particularly comfortable or cosy overall."

"Amazing for capsule hotel! Everything 5 stars! Next door is Coop City supermarket, buy the cooked food and eat in the hotel, choose from the nice table or sofa. Feel free to use their tableware, comes with free flow or still/hot or sparking water! Just amazing! Their service-top notch! From cleanliness to friendliness, not to mention helpfulness. Just ask them anything, from tour guide to travel tips, recommendations or so on… Capsule is huge, good sound proof. Air ventilation very good. Free locker for you, just need to bring your own padlock. They allowed me to use it before check in and way after check in time.  At this price and location, I feel this is definitely a 5 star capsule hotel! Will surely come back!"

"We had a nice stay, the room is clean and nice, bus stop is just outside the hotel, 10 mins to downtown every 5 mins bus. And the hotel staff is very kind and helpful with advice and tips"

"Everything went smoothly from the check-in process until I checked out the next day. I’m amazed at how a hostel like this can function without onsite staff. I’ve been traveling since 2014 and have always stayed in hostels, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such a completely different vibe. I loved everything, especially the hostel’s backyard view. I’d definitely stay again once I’m back in Luzern."
