It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

再次入住，地理位置優越，周邊購物用餐都方便。房間打掃、加床、開夜床服務都非常到位，態度也好；前台服務不錯，大廳提供免費咖啡。美中不足的是這次點了外賣沒有給送到房間，希望以後入住有更好的感受。

Room was big and clean. Great views from the room. They also have a decent restaurant that had fresh oysters going for 1 for USD1, which was the most bang for buck meal in Boston.

We had a great stay. It is very close to Fenway and has great eats nearby. The breakfast was very good. The service was fantastic. I left some clothing in my room, and they helped mail my items back in a timely manner.

前台接待的小妹妹很Nice，説話不快不慢，聽起來很舒服，辦理入住也很快。入住當天一樓酒吧在辦派對，很熱鬧，酒店就在河邊，坐在椅子上發會呆也很不錯。 酒店距South station 也衹有500米左右，從機場坐免費大巴到南站，從南站坐高鐵都很方便。 下次來波士頓還會選擇洲際。

4/5 decent hotel. At the heart of downtown Boston across from Tufts medical Center. It is very close to Chinatown and is close to a T station. Overall room was spacious for 2 but is a bit old. Still is good :) very historical building with interesting retro taste.

Muito satisfeito. Fizemos o check-in antes do horário previsto e saímos para brincar. O hotel entregou nossa bagagem no quarto prontamente. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e limpo, e o ar-condicionado era muito eficiente, mesmo em um dia quente. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente.
