A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próxima tanto da cidade antiga de Side quanto do centro da cidade, o que proporciona uma ótima oportunidade para explorar os arredores do hotel, que é relativamente pequeno. Além disso, oferece uma estadia de qualidade. O melhor de Side é a sua praia, então a piscina do hotel não me atraiu; estava lotada, principalmente de turistas estrangeiros. Toalhas limpas são fornecidas diariamente para a praia. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Os restaurantes à la carte são de altíssima qualidade. Meus únicos comentários negativos sobre o hotel são: 1- É preciso pedir as bebidas aos garçons no restaurante; como há muitos garçons, eles vêm até a sua mesa para anotar o pedido, o que causa muita aglomeração no pequeno espaço. Um sistema em que os hóspedes pudessem se servir sozinhos ajudaria a aliviar a aglomeração na área do restaurante. 2- Os guarda-sóis na praia não oferecem proteção solar completa, o que leva a queimaduras solares em vez de banhos de sol; toldos são sempre melhores nesse aspecto. 3- Não havia pasta de dentes nem escova de dentes disponíveis para os hóspedes no banheiro, e também não havia condicionador (embora houvesse xampu e gel de banho).

This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

Amazing holiday I have even had! Free flow alcohol and food from 7am till 2am in the morning….food is absolutely delicious!! We don’t feel crowded at the resort even though the hotel is full of guests. Staff are very friendly and warm that make you feel home and don’t want to leave the hotel. Hotel has lots of activities and shows every day and night, believe me….you don’t get bored if you decide to stay in the hotel and not go anywhere! Love this hotel and we are planning to coming back soon!! Well done 👍🏼

Очень красивый свежий бутик отель прямо в центре старого города. Есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номера просторные оформлены в модном экостиле. Единственный нюанс - невозможно подъехать на арендованной машине к отелю, так как на Территории старого города могут передвигаться только такси. Мы припарковались на парковке и доехали до отеля (около 1 км) на карте за 90 TL с человека.

Kamelya Selin otelde 2025 12-14 Ocak tarihinde 2 gün konaklama imkanımız oldu. Öncelikle ilk karşılamada kapıdaki güvenlik arkadaşlar ile resepsiyonda ki arkadaşa kadar çoook sıcak bir karşılama oldu içten ve samimi şekilde. Oda standart oda 2 kişi için yeterli ve ***et temizdi. Dış havuz bu mevsimde ısıtma ile sıcak su vardı açıktı ve biz bayıldık yağmur altında havuzda yüzdüğünüzü hayal edin mükemmel ötesi. Yemek çeşitleri bol ve lezzetliydi ne isterseniz var o derece. Etkinlikler bu sezonda yeteri kadar oldu otel kalabalık olmadığı için tüm etkinliklerde arkadaşlarla berabermiş gibi oluyordu. Otele girişinde kapıda duran Sadettin karşılamadan uğurlamaya kadar herkese yardımcı oluyor. Fika cafe de erkek Barmen çoook güzel latte yapıyor denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Bilardo ve bowling ücretliydi ve bize pahalı geldi bu yüzden bu duruma eksi verdim. Toplu olarak kullanılan wc ler her zaman temizdi. Sauna ve hamam temizdi ve güzel bir koku kullanmışlar (sorduk golden amber olduğunu söylediler 😁) insanı rahatlatıyordu. This hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good. The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc. The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music. Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive. All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.

Питание неплохое, без изысков, годными не останешься. В номерах убираются плохо, пыль практически не вытирают, окна и пол на балконе после пылевой бури не мыли. Панорамные окна так и остались в пыльных грязных разводах. Пол в номере с водными разводами, грязный после «уборки». Полотенца меняют, мини бар пополняют ежедневно. В SPA хамам, сауна, хороший массаж.
