"Overall ok-good. The parking space is accessible with high availability. When I arrived there is a welcome dessert and there is a bag service. The atmosphere and architecture were very beautiful. The garden was well-maintained and clean. In the room, cleanliness is ok but there is some dust walls corner but the bedding area is clean. Room is big and amazingly well-lit. I got 2nd floor room with separate beds as I requested, which is nice. Dental kit is not provided and needs to be requested. However, we found lotion in a Bath and Shower bottle instead of a decent Lotion bottle. Breakfast taste was ok but lacked variety. There weren’t enough tables even though more vacant space in the restaurant was available. Several guests including us (4–5 families) had to wait for other guests to finish their meal to be seated, like the hotel wasn’t prepared for Thai long holiday breakfast crowd. When check out there was no more bag service but ok. Anyway, Rak-Talay restaurant near the beach was very good I had to eat there every day."

"I xalled reception to fix an issue and waited more than 1 hour. Nobody came, so I reminded reception again. So that was a little disappointing, but otherwise the stay is good. Great views, friendly wait staff, nice cocktails at the rooftop bar and a nice pool with amazing ocean view. Even the mountain view from the room was great."

"Me and my Wife spent 7 nights at the Marrakesh Hotel and loved it , the staff were 10/10 , with great friendly attitutes to give their best service possible , even though sometimes they needed more help and overwhelmed with orders .

"the room is clean and tidy. we reach a little bit early hence unable to check in immediately. told the receptionist we’ll be waiting at the pool area and she said okay. got mineral water while waiting too.
we got the upper floor facing the beach and its so serene. the toilet is huge, as huge as the room and has separate shower & bath tub.
i requested for a simple deco due to my honeymoon and they did 🥰
heavy breakfast is upon order and a bit limited. for muslim, we can opt for the toast which is self service.
locationwise, if you like calm and quiet area, this will be a good choice. distance to the downtown is about 4km.
the day we check out is at 5am and the reception is so kind to get us a tuk-tuk in that morning because we’re unable to get grab early in that morning. kudos to the team!"

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Hua Hin with our family and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The resort is in a great location, just a short distance from the night markets, which made evening outings very convenient and enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality we received was exceptional. Every member of staff — from the front desk and restaurant servers to the pool attendants, kids’ club team, housekeepers, security, and the staff at the poolside restaurant — went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their friendly and attentive service truly made a difference in our stay.
The resort offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages, which kept everyone in the family entertained. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, exploring the beautiful grounds, or participating in family-friendly events, there was always something to do.
We would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It’s the perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone wanting a peaceful retreat with excellent service.

UUsuário convidadoThe Hilton is in the best location, close to everything, the breakfast is really good and lots of it, the setting is lovely and the beach out front is nice but we did get some algae, which went away as quick as it came, the pool area is excellent. The problems we had here was with 1 male staff member on check in (Very rude and off hand but this was fixed by the lady duty manager) and a security guy near the beach was very rude to us and embarrassed us in front of other guests, what happened was, our very first day there, we went to the pool, decided to go for a quick swim at the beach, we took a towel each to the beach, not knowing this is not allowed (this maybe should be mentioned to guests on check in) we did see a sign up after but not at the time, simple mistake but this security guard starts singing out and pointing at us, when we were standing buy the beach, I was looking and trying to sort out what was going on as he didn’t speak English, just pointing and raising his voice, finally another staff member that could speak English came and explained to us, so embarrassing, with so many people watching on, other staff were fine and nice. The room we had was outdated and needs updating, also our internet was so bad, they eventually had to bring a router to the room, the water from the shower very weak, the hotel definitely needs upgrades but overall, it was a pleasant stay, we were on the 8th floor, room 801

AAnonymous UserI had high expectations for my stay at the Hua Hin Marriott, given its reputation, but my actual experience was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel's facilities, environment, and location were all good, the most crucial aspect—the 'service'—completely dragged down the entire hotel's standing. This was especially true for the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism, which were utterly unbefitting of the Marriott brand.
From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were aloof and perfunctory, lacking even the most basic service awareness. They were impatient with guest questions and communicated in a stiff manner, making it feel as if I was 'begging them to do their job' rather than receiving the service expected from a high-end hotel. Throughout the entire process, there was a complete absence of professionalism, respect, and warmth.
What was even more frustrating was that some front desk employees clearly lacked training; they were unfamiliar with procedures, inefficient at resolving issues, and quick to pass the buck. Many simple problems took an unreasonably long time to address, leading to an extremely poor experience.
Frankly, at the price point and positioning of the Hua Hin Marriott, guests are paying for more than just a room—they're paying for service. However, the front desk service here was worse than what you'd find at many standard business hotels. No matter how good the hardware is, it can't compensate for such terrible service attitudes. I hope the hotel management takes the issues with the front desk team seriously, or they will continue to erode guests' trust in the Marriott brand.

PPrincess PeaI don’t have the words to describe staying at the Centara grand beach resort and villas. It is the ideal vacation spot when you want to fully relax in a beautiful environment. The grounds themselves are absolutely gorgeous, the service is top tier and something as simple as walking to breakfast (absolutely excellent breakfast btw definitely add it) brings such an inner…peace?…contentment?…love of life?…it’s hard to put a word on the feeling. But you’ll know it when you’re there.
A very big thank you to the staff for making this birthday so special. ❤️

UUsuário convidadoIt’s a nice Resort if you want relax. We booked a Villa wirh pool and another room for the kids. Distance between Villa and room not to close but can walk to eat other in a nice garden. Arrival was a little strange nobody there on the concierge station or open beautiful Lobby. But anyway after some minutes we check in. Villa is quite and nice. The room has actually the same layout and furniture and bed everything was good. Housekeeping comes every day and clean up all. It give two pool areas. Main pool is on the heach side and second pool in the lagoon area. We mostly spend our time on the beach side pool which has different depths. Kids and adults can swim and have fun there. Breakfast selection is perfect and can sit outside on the beach pool side or in an aircondition room. Service staff is ok but sometimes they forgot food or drinks which we ordered. But the hotel manager is every morning joining the breakfast time and do a great job. He talked to each table and if have a complain he immediately do his best to solve or compensate it. We really enjoyed the 10 days there and can recommend the hotel.

HHappy sunnyWe were upgraded to second floor with balcony. New looking room extremely large bed can sleep three or four people! Bathroom new, excellent shower with rain shower, strong pressure hot water. Anantara spa amenities. Love it! Renovation going on here and there but noise gone at 6pm. Breakfast location moved to restaurant in front of beach. A bit cramped but nice views of ocean. Especially loved the large bed & shower (no bathtub). Good sleep. Ricky the parrot is super cute!

TTaniaLWe booked 2 rooms, and we had to live in different buildings, is that so difficult to give us 2 rooms not so far from each other?! And as there’s no reception over there we didn’t even know to whom address this and other issues. Ants in the room, water pressure in the shower due to the leaking hose etc. The rooms are small, quite comfortable, but not too convenient for 2 people. No access to the beach, on the map is seems to be close, but no, not a walking distance. The pool is amazing though! It made the stay rather pleasant.

LLily PhuuIf you want a quiet lifestyle Only with beach & night markets, also far from other crowded famous attractions, then this hotel is for you. It is situated at Ta Giap region and also directly joined with beach, walkable sea shores, Nice view, not too crowded compared to Hua Hin and Cha-an beaches.
The problem is rooms are quite old-fashioned and NOT quite as new as shown in photos but livable. There are 2 things I like about rooms; 1) Clean 2) quiet. Breakfast is not bad although tastes are quite blended. Although Staffs are friendly, they are not very helpful and there’s nothing much they can do when concerning with rooms problem. Overall, I would rate as average.
