Very nice hotel, with sizeable rooms and good level of service

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected. Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name.

A 15 minutos do aeroporto e a 10 minutos a pé do Parque das Gaivotas. O Seagull Park tem árvores centenárias e pequenas raposas que não têm medo das pessoas. É muito original, principalmente as trilhas ao longo do lago são repletas de vários restaurantes, bares e discotecas que são os mais característicos de Bucareste. Se você quiser um quarto de frente para o parque, amanhã poderá ver o brilho da manhã dos sonhos! Claro, fica um pouco longe da cidade velha. Se você gosta da sensação da Roma antiga, é recomendável ficar na cidade velha.

酒店早餐美味，晚飯都非常有水準。比起街外的餐廳還要好。酒店房間衛生。但有兩天外圍有音樂派對比較嘈，到晚上差不多12點還有很大音樂，中午回房間休息完全睡不了。

Très bien comme toujours, mais il faudrait apprendre aux roumains de la réception et du restaurant à sourire comme les Sri Lankais qui font les chambres.

For the price it’s pretty good for a penthouse apartment on the top floor. The only negative I would say is that despite being a smart home when you need heating on it wouldn’t heat up the room. Overall the host is a lovely person and is helpful and attentive and it’s a location I would recommend if ever in the area.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

O jantar foi no restaurante do hotel; a comida estava fresca e o serviço foi atencioso. • Instalações e Comodidades: A academia e a piscina do hotel eram muito convenientes e bem conservadas, proporcionando ainda mais conforto à minha estadia. • Localização e Transporte: A excelente localização do hotel oferece fácil acesso ao centro da cidade e às principais atrações turísticas. • Custo-benefício: Considerando os serviços e instalações oferecidos, acredito que o preço do hotel é razoável.
