As someone who’s traveled around Mauritius quite a bit, I can honestly say Legend Hill Resort and Spa is one of the best new properties on the island. It’s perfect for honeymooners, family vacations, or anyone just needing to disconnect and recharge in a beautiful setting. The combination of incredible location, luxurious accommodations, amazing food, and top-tier service can’t be beaten. We’re already planning our next trip back—10/10 would recommend! 🌟

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, les buffets étaient très appréciés du point de vue de la nourriture, qualité et diversité. Manger avec la vue sur l’océan a été très appréciable. Le personnel très présent et bienveillant, ainsi que d’une grande gentillesse.  Merci infiniment à Emilie pour ses conseils et disponibilité. Merci au chef pour le repas que nous avons dégusté, le plateau de fruits de mer, car ça été un moment inoubliable. Concernant le SPA, dont nous avons fait un massage en duo, avec bain, merci à Sweta et Léanne pour leur professionnalisme et la qualité de leur travail. J’ai également fait une manucure avec pose vernis semi-permanent avec Léanne et son travail fût top 👍🏻  Merci à Dana, responsable du SPA, pour sa bienveillance. Nous remercions tout le personnel ainsi que les managers du complexe Tamarina, car notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, dans un cadre calme et de toute beauté. Olivier&Myriam (Suisse)

Great service from the staff. They made our anniversary extra special for us. We were just a bit disappointed with the food, we mostly ate out at other restaurants when we stayed here. I'd highly recommend a stay in the villa. Unfortunately, the beach side is only good to look at and not good to get into.

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Um Grande Grito para Aziza no escritório frontal.Ela é tão bem-vinda e útil para me passar a minha estadia de três noites.Foi o aniversário do MEU amigo, Aziza atualizou o nosso pequeno-almoço para Jade, arranjou um bolo de aniversário para jantar. Eu me apanhei com um frio Durante a minha estadia e Fui à clínica do hotel para tomar medicamentos.Quando Voltei para a minha sala à noite, EU recebi um cartão de fruta e um prato de fruta de Aziza.Eu certamente recomendo a todos OS MEUS amigos que Querem viajar para Mauritius.

Amazing stay at Salt of Palmar!!! Boutique, 16+ Hotel located on the east side of the island, on the first line. Great beach with amazing sunrises. Lots of sea activities are included with your stay. Quiet, spacious rooms. Great spa. Curated menu in the restaurant and opportunity to book a special dinner with a chef. Great wine and international cocktail selection. Professionaly trained staff and the management team lead by Mr. Med will make you stay exceptional

Ótimo hotel. Localização perfeita! A praia em frente ao hotel (e toda a praia de Le morne) é tão deslumbrante. A água é tão clara e tinha diferentes tons de azul. Ficamos por toda a ilha em nossa viagem, mas descobrimos que Lux Le Morne tem a praia mais incrível com vista para a montanha Le Morne e quando você sai para o mar e olha para o hotel, é tão deslumbrante! O quarto também era aconchegante, com cama muito confortável. A única coisa ruim do quarto era a água quente do chuveiro às vezes parava de funcionar (terminava) e tínhamos que esperar! Há muitas espreguiçadeiras, mas se você não reservar uma, geralmente ficam todas ocupadas à tarde. O café da manhã era bom. Muitas atividades aquáticas. A academia era um pouco pequena e a sauna demorava uma eternidade para esquentar, então desistimos. O serviço foi bom. As piscinas eram lindas com vista para a montanha Le Morne. No geral, nós amamos este hotel e apreciamos a nossa estadia um pouco. Este foi o nosso hotel mais favorito nas Ilhas Maurício e se algum dia voltarmos, ficaríamos aqui novamente.

Pros Good service (but we had better at other 5 star hotels) Beautiful pools (especially the adult pool) Good breakfast Spacious room Lots of water activities Cons Room (wooden) floor squeaked loudly when walked on We stayed downstairs and we could hear people in the room above us walking, closing the door, dragging their chair (a lot when they returned from dinner late around midnight) We had bad nights because of this. Room AC is not cold. Even though it’s set at the lowest (18.5c) it felt like 25c Overall, it was an ok stay but we won’t stay here again.

Todas as refeições estão incluídas aqui, você pode comer e beber a qualquer hora. Acho muito prático levar crianças. Você deve ficar aqui se quiser praticar kitesurf. Embora o quarto não seja particularmente elegante, ele é limpo e arrumado... Nossa suíte familiar tem espaço suficiente, e a loja também vende lenços demaquilantes, o que resolve minha grande necessidade... A relação preço/desempenho é realmente alta! !

A localização deste hotel é muito boa, a água do mar é ótima, a praia ao lado do hotel tem muitos corais, muitos peixes, e a experiência de mergulho é muito boa. Mas o hotel em si não é bom. As instalações são antigas e o serviço é mediano. O mais importante é que não há como descansar bem. A música alta é tocada até muito tarde da noite, e os hóspedes não têm como escolher ou recusar. A primeira prioridade de um hotel não é fazer com que as pessoas durmam bem? Não entendo. Em suma, esta praia é altamente recomendada, mas este hotel não é recomendado.
