Have had a great time on 20-21/12. The staff is very nice, willing to talk with you and with smile. Especially the girl in carpark ran to me and help my luggage when I arrived. Nanami san is also a very nice girl! Merry Christmas and happy new year 2026❤️

My wife and I stayed in the King Premium room for 2 nights in April 2025. We loved the location of the hotel. It is 5 mins walk from Osaka station and surrounded by many shopping malls so you will never go hungry or run out of things to buy. It is also very convenient to make day trips since Osaka station connects to nearby cities like Nara, Kobe, Kyoto and Himeji. We also loved the size of the room (40m^2) and the toilet. There was more than enough space to fully open 2 luggage bags. There were also 2 separate sofas which you could sit in. The only thing we thought could have been improved on was the reception as no one offered to bring our luggage bags up to our room. Great room and location, service could’ve been improved.

We have just completed our final day in Osaka, and our stay at your hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. The property and its facilities are outstanding—immaculately clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The service throughout our stay has been truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the Bellman team on the 1st floor. They consistently offered assistance with genuine warmth and never hesitated to help with anything we needed. In particular, the tall gentleman from Myanmar (my apologies for not asking his name) stood out for his excellent service. Regarding check-in, although there was an initial oversight in reconfirming our booking benefits and communicating certain details, this was quickly resolved when we approached the counter again and met Kiki. He handled everything with calm professionalism and a refined, welcoming manner that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel. I would also like to highlight the Chat Service team. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they responded promptly and efficiently through the LINE application, assisting with every request—including detailed information about Osaka. Kudos to your entire Front Office team. Our afternoon tea experience, with a window seat and wonderful tea selection, was another highlight. It made our last day truly memorable. We highly recommend it to future guests. Well done to the Patina Osaka team. We will definitely return.

Ficamos aqui por 2 noites como parte do nosso itinerário USJ. O hotel era razoavelmente limpo e tinha um bom custo-benefício para a localização. Ficamos em uma cama king size com um sofá-cama e tínhamos nosso filho de 6 anos conosco. Vantagem: proximidade com USJ, camas de tamanho decente, relativamente limpo e bom custo-benefício, spa no nível superior, a equipe foi muito prestativa. A cama também era confortável. Negativo: Não há cofre para objetos de valor, os quartos poderiam ser um pouco maiores, pode ser um pouco barulhento, pois ouvimos passos de cima e da beira da estrada (não é tão bom para quem dorme leve) Ficaremos aqui novamente? Possivelmente, mas eu provavelmente tentaria outros hotéis nas proximidades porque meu marido tem sono leve.

The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.  There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the  refrigerator is not cold enough.

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

Inicialmente éramos três pessoas hospedadas no quarto, mas minha família pegou um resfriado antes de partirmos, então fiquei em um quarto triplo por três noites. Esta é minha segunda estadia aqui. Fui novamente porque achei que foi muito bom da última vez e a relação preço/desempenho foi muito alta. Quando voltei lá um ano e meio depois, descobri que havia várias outras máquinas de check-in/check-out de autoatendimento! Os hóspedes fazem isso sozinhos, mas há funcionários para ajudar. Desta vez a sensação é muito diferente da última vez. O hotel é ecologicamente correto e quase não há itens descartáveis. Escovas de dentes e saquinhos de chá estão disponíveis no saguão. O xampu de banho foi trocado por frascos maiores, e os chinelos do hotel deixaram de ser descartáveis ​​e passaram a ser de borracha. É bom e correto ser ecologicamente correto. Seria um desperdício se você trocasse todo dia! Mas parece que as lembranças do hotel estão faltando 😂, e o quarto sempre parece vazio. Há outra coisa que não é tão boa. O quarto só é verificado uma vez a cada quatro dias, o que significa que meu quarto não foi verificado mesmo tendo ficado três noites. Tenho que embalar toalhas e lixo sozinho e deixá-los do lado de fora da porta. Resumindo, não parece que você está hospedado em um hotel.

I got a sleep score of 93. That says it all. Great hotel with amazing sleep comfort. Super central location in Osaka. I managed to use both their gym and pool facilities which are great. Actually, for a hotel, I was quite surprised with the how nice the gym is. The hotel seems to have many visitors a day and service is impeccable and keeps things flowing very smoothly.

Estava tudo bem, o parque temático do spa parecia bem decente, embora eu suspeite que houvesse muita gente durante o dia, já que entramos por volta das 4 da manhã, ainda com um monte de gente lá dentro. A piscina na cobertura era decente, mas era preciso pagar pelos toboáguas. O spa parecia mais um parque temático do que uma experiência onsen tradicional típica, mas ainda assim vimos principalmente japoneses lá. A maioria dos hotéis cobrava por coisas aqui e ali (por exemplo, taxa de entrada noturna no spa, custo extra para entrar na piscina, etc.), mas suspeito que sejam para visitantes regulares e não para hóspedes do hotel, já que não foi registrado quando fizemos o check-out, além do custo do toboágua, como mencionado. O irritante era que era preciso tirar os sapatos para entrar no hotel e que não havia chuveiro no próprio quarto.

Locals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual. There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths: two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C. You dip in and instantly feel alive. One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very Japanese, and surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth trying. There’s also an inexpensive breakfast option, plus vending machines with food and drinks right inside — very convenient. Overall, it’s a men-only vibe: arrive, clean up, relax, reset, and go about your day. The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience. They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt. You get your own locker, bedding and clothes are changed daily, and the bathrooms have literally everything: toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, shampoo… even nail clippers. You don’t need to bring anything. Location is fantastic — right next to Dotonbori. Step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife and energy. Downsides? A strict checkout — you must leave at 10:00 AM, and check-in starts only after 3:00 PM. If you want to stay during that gap, it’s around 300 yen per hour, or ~900 yen for the day. Still — great experience. I always wanted to try a real Japanese capsule stay. Inside the capsule there’s a TV, radio, adjustable lights, and AC — though it blasts pretty strongly, so I turned it off.
