佳佳 (Jade) need to be celebrated and given proper recognition for her kindness and accommodating spirit. I have a rare genetic disease and cannot walk strongly anymore so I require help even though I’m only 40. I’m a mom of 4 and we all came here to attend a study and get genes tested. It was difficult to find a proper place for our family that was suitable. We were so so happy to find this hotel. It is quiet, the rooms are beautifully decorated and great for people with allergies because it’s so clean. Jade made sure we had everything we needed and was so responsive to our needs. I cannot say enough good about this place and the special lady who feels like family already, Jade. We will be back everytime we followup with this hospital.

One of my favourite hotels in Shenzhen, especially thanks to Katie & Terence, they’re extremely welcoming & fix my problems promptly. I’ve been busy the whole year during 2025, once I’ve been in Shenzhen, I’d definitely choose St Regis Bao A for a quick “staycation”. The butler service is spot on and really comforting after a long hour of travelling. I’ve also recommended the hotel to many of my friends, they all have positive feedbacks with everything the hotel offers. It’s definitely a hidden gem in the city.

Uma estadia perfeita! Viajo muito pelo mundo e me hospedo em hotéis 5*. Há muitos hotéis de luxo de alto padrão na região de Futian. Estou feliz por ter escolhido o Ritz-Carlton. Não só a localização é ideal – desde o momento em que entrei na propriedade até a hora em que saí, senti uma verdadeira hospitalidade calorosa. Especialmente a Miya (recepção) se esforçou ao máximo para tornar a estadia memorável – sempre com um sorriso caloroso, muito atenciosa e gentil – quase parecia ter uma assistente pessoal. Também foi útil o inglês dela ser muito bom. Ter uma grande piscina ao ar livre é fantástico depois de um dia agitado, e para mim também foi um começo de dia perfeito, depois de um café da manhã maravilhoso (boa opção também para europeus). Adorei o café do barista. O quarto pode não ter o design mais moderno (ao estilo escandinavo). No entanto, estava em um estado impecável, perfeitamente limpo, espaçoso, com muitas tomadas internacionais bem posicionadas (sem necessidade de adaptador) e muito confortável. E o mais importante para mim: com um ar-condicionado muito silencioso. No geral: eu realmente recomendo este hotel e, quando voltar a Shenzhen, com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente.

The development is unique for China. You can find similar resorts with accessible seaside and setup, only abroad. It would have been a fantastic experience but it was destroyed by the recent tropical storm hitting Guangdong. Despite the weather which is not related to the resort there are a number of issues to be addressed: 1- the place is a potential safety hazard. Very poor engineering when it was built without proper water management or drainage. Water flashed down from the surrounding slopes flooded the whole resort. Swimming pool and all common areas were full of mad. Restaurants operation was suspended or when finally operating we were literally walking inside a flooded room full of mad where staff was trying to push water away. Rather funny picture. 2- common spaces were not kept clean. It is totally understood that with this storm situation it is impossible to keep the place clean, however, even before the rainfall started , you could tell the place was not kept properly. The common areas and walk paths were not clean full of debris. Swimming pool was not clean. The changing rooms next to the beach were not clean and full of sand with showers blocked. The toilets next to the restaurant were not clean and very smelly. Expensive equipment with branded toiletries is not helping if the place cannot be properly managed. The lounge area next to the seaside was not clean and it was obvious that it is not managed by personnel. 3- the lifeguards supposing to be on duty were occupying the guests beach lounge area playing with their phones and smoking cigarettes while other staff and construction people from the site would have their “break” with them. This is an advertised private beach area and the management should be further involved to provide what the guests are paying for. Lifeguards should be on a different station. They were rather rude too pretending the are the authority! 4- Overall management and personnel. You can tell that there is no maturity or experience. During the storm admittedly they were trying hard to keep the place alive. The resort design otherwise, and rooms are exceptional. Amenities and equipment are top of the class. The western restaurant (before suspending operation) was excellent with great food and unique location overlooking the seaside. Such a pity for this unique resort - management needs to change Wish to see improvements in a future visit.

Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

Reservei para a festa de aniversário do meu namorado e falei com o hotel para uma pequena decoração - recebemos um pequeno bolo e uma bandeja de frutas - o que foi realmente bom e indicou que a equipe de reservas tinha feito seu trabalho colocando as observações corretamente. A parte que não gostamos foi o serviço durante a estadia - pedi ao hotel para ajudar a pegar, armazenar o bolo para mim ao mesmo tempo em que pedi uma pequena decoração, eles disseram OK e deixariam o concierge entrar em contato comigo para isso?! Não recebi nenhuma ligação ou mensagem deles! Eventualmente, tive que pegar eu mesma no armário de comida para viagem do lado de fora (tive sorte de estar no hotel quando o bolo chegou), se não o bolo teria derretido no armário. Além disso, quando tentei passar o bolo para o armazenamento do hotel e enviá-lo para o meu quarto (como uma surpresa) mais tarde, quando voltamos, 3-4 funcionários estavam lá e me disseram para ENCONTRAR O CONCIERGE ou CONTATAR SEU SERVIÇO DE MORDOMO. Quer dizer, não me foi apresentado qual contato posso usar para falar com seu serviço de mordomo durante o check-in, e não sei onde diabos está seu concierge. Aqueles funcionários realmente ficaram lá sem fazer nada, e um deles meio que se ofereceu para me ajudar depois que perdi a paciência. Em suma, se você está procurando um lugar para comemorar aniversário, não vá para este hotel. Nunca encontrei algo parecido em nenhum outro hotel na minha vida

First night was a bit of a disaster as I came with a slight cold and he heating in the rooms are inadequate. I ended up sleeping with my jacket on and a dressing gown . Staff by and large had poor English and were quite young so there was a distinct language barrier. Also some of the night porters were quite aloof. The kitchen staff however were excellent and very attentive and attentive It was my birthday during the stay so the manager came to apologise and gave a belated birthday cake which was a nice touch. The rooms were quite nice and views were great

Room was perfect with nice sky view. All is convenient with store in downstairs. But the bathtub was a bit problem the water keep flowing ou even u pull down the stopper

Stayed at this hotel for the Shenzhen Marathon, and it was excellent. It's not far from the Civic Center, which is the starting point of the marathon. The hotel's environment and hygiene are both great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
