O hotel é um edifício independente com uma aparência imponente. A receção oferece um serviço caloroso e atencioso. A roupa de cama e o colchão são confortáveis e há duas opções de almofadas, sendo a de espuma de memória muito boa para o pescoço. A higiene é impecável e o isolamento acústico é razoável; um pouco de ruído da rua não afeta a experiência geral. Está convenientemente localizado perto da Cidade Antiga de Nantou, do Museu de Nanshan e de estações de metro, facilitando o transporte. Ao norte, há um Hema Fresh, o que é ótimo para comprar frutas.

STAFF APPRECIATION: Simply wonderful. I encountered many staff members during my stay, working in the hotel itself, the various cafes and restaurants, and on the beach. Every single one was professional and kind and so very warm. Several of the young people working there also spoke English, which was an unexpected pleasure and convenience for which I was grateful. However, I owe a special thanks to the lovely little sisters at the front desk, Catie and Xiao Kue. Especially Catie. This sweet young woman took exceptional care of me during my stay, seeing to every need, answering every question (in English, no less), and patiently guiding my drivers to the location when I arrived or chose to go out and explore. I am getting older now and often require clear instructions and visual aids. 😅 She kindly offered both. 非常感谢。🙏 HOTEL REVIEW: There are multiple warnings given before and during the stay about ongoing construction next door, but it had minimal impact on my stay and, if you're out exploring and playing, you won't even notice it by the time you return in the evening. As promised, it started at breakfast time and concluded by 6pm in the evening around dinner time every day. I choose this hotel deliberately because, while a little more expensive than its competitors and a bit off the beaten path, it seemed to offer more convenience and privacy. I was so relieved to see that this was true. Their beach is small, but well-maintained and private, which meant no crowd and plenty of opportunity to take people-free pictures and simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. There was also no shortage of dining options on the resort itself as well as nearby. Several fun, beautiful places to visit are also located a short drive away. However, if you're looking for a retreat, a place to simply rest and be close to nature, away from crowds, this place offers that as well. It was a welcome respite. I saw couple, families with children, and even a few other foreign guests all enjoying their time here. 🏖 Because I was on a budget this time, I chose the lowest priced room and was prepared to sacrifice my view of the sea. Unexpectedly, I didn't have to. This was a very happy surprise. ☺️ Though, I'll definitely try and splurge on a room on a higher floor next time as being near the entrance could sometimes be a little loud when guests arrived. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my time here and hope to return someday. TLDR; Wonderful, attentive staff; private, convenient location; stunning views; and several dining options all offer a very pleasant, worry-free getaway during peak season. Well worth the price and the journey. Every kind of traveler will find something to enjoy here.

Iits slightly towards the left city of shenzhen, quite far from central, but nothing hassle with the help of didi! Driving would be around 30 to 40 minutes to DongMenJie and 20 from central. Overall not bad! Love the service ❤️ they allow us to keep delivery at the receptionist and food delivery go come straight to your hotel room.The lift are still under construction so like I kinda L but it didn't hinder much! Bfast spread was SOLID af. 100% coming bavk here again since it's very near the ferry terminal! Delivery had some hiccup but they were so helpful to send it over using SF express (but ofc we paid the delivery luh)

Fomos ao Window of the World com as crianças e reservamos o Hanhau Hotel perto da estação de metrô Daxin para a noite. Fica a apenas umas centenas de metros da saída A da estação de metrô Daxin. Há lanches noturnos das 21h às 23h, incluindo macarrão de arroz, noodles e dumplings, além de frutas como laranjas, que as crianças adoraram.

We had a very pleasant stay at UrCove Hotel. The location is convenient — just a short walk from Yuehaimen MRT Station (Exit E with lift access), and the station itself is very new. It’s also only two stops away from the airport line, which made getting around easy. The hotel is located in a relatively new area with mainly office buildings, so it was quiet at night and good for resting. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, even though we didn’t manage to fully utilize it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although they were often busy, they assisted us on multiple occasions, especially with parcel collection, and were always patient and kind. There is also a free-to-use laundry area, and the staff even offered to return the clothes to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very thankful for the warm hospitality. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. O hotel fica a apenas 20 minutos a pé da Cidade Costeira, bem ao lado de uma avenida principal, e é fácil chamar um táxi. O quarto tinha ar-condicionado e os eletrodomésticos estavam claramente identificados com suas respectivas funções. No entanto, a TV ligava sozinha mesmo quando estava desligada, o que era um pouco incômodo. A banheira fica no corredor, então é preciso ter cuidado com o nível da água ao usá-la, pois a água que transborda pode se acumular no chão e não escoar corretamente. Além disso, as persianas venezianas eram bem frágeis.

The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and even upgraded my room for free. The hotel's location is quite good, with plenty of delicious food options near the subway station. The airport pick-up was also very prompt; no need to share a ride, I could go straight to the hotel as soon as I arrived. Once at the hotel, the room was very spacious and even included a massage chair. As it's a sleep-themed hotel, there were many thoughtful little touches, like music and sleep-friendly lighting. Overall, my stay was a great experience, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

A equipe foi atenciosa às minhas necessidades, especialmente a XIAO XIA, se não me engano. Ela me ajudou a me mudar para um quarto que eu prefiro, perto do balcão da recepção. Ela é extremamente paciente e um recurso valioso para o hotel. O único problema é o longo tempo de espera para o elevador, especialmente nos fins de semana, para chegar ao 10º andar. A estação de metrô fica logo abaixo do link para o subsolo, em direção ao shopping e à estação de exposições.

Customer service very responsive, thanks for that. Room utilities and facilities are up to standard. Location quite ideal, near to convenient stores and clinics if there's urgent needs. Many restaurant nearby as well. Cleanliness of floor can be improved
