Booked here get cheaper price. Nice hotel, good vibes, clean & good services. Grand deluxe room was spacious & comfort. It's need little more air circulation to keep fresh in side non AC room. Overall, recomended & great rating hotel.

Hotels and villas in the Cisarua Puncak area, the location of the hotel is in a small road so I have to alternate between cars that want to enter and leave so it is quite a hassle because when I want to enter the hotel the condition of the Puncak highway is very jammed. For a hotel consisting of only 2 floors and it seems the number of rooms is not too many, the land is quite large with several villa buildings and quite a lot of facilities such as swimming pools, soccer fields, children's playgrounds. for hotels and villas, all of them have no air conditioning, even though the air outside is quite cold but inside the room it still feels hot maybe because there is no air circulation. for hotel rooms all have balconies so you can sit outside the balcony if you are bored in the room, facilities are also available such as coffee makers and also tea, sugar and coffee. The morning a**osphere is very comfortable with cold air and beautiful mountain views, from the swimming pool you can clearly see the sunrise and the mountain clearly.

legendary hotel, maintains its heritage, we tried room 308, the view is valley and mountain, soothing to the eyes. while drinking tea and coffee sitting on the terrace feeling the cool, cold air and fog while watching the fog move in the air. Unfortunately, access to traffic is very jammed, this sometimes makes it lazy to go to the top.

Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. They have a glamping unit also, which is so beautiful..anyway thank you for all the jsi team, especially mrs. Defi as receptionist for the hospitality service.

Everythings is good, but still the same as before last year at Panda Hotel, cleanliness need to improve. #Friendly & courteous hotel staff. #Easy check-in & check-out. #Many recreational facilities & activities at hotel area, some are paid (mini train, horse ride, elephant ride, etc). #Kanoopi, wood-fire pizza. #De'Savanna, good place for dinner & breakfast. Please bear me with detailed review and our experience First thing first --＞ The restaurant staff has ZERO knowledge of what are the ingredients of the dishes and neither they display it correctly ... My father & mother has been living in Indonesia for last 25 years and we never had such an experience where after confirming with Restaurant Manager/Staff that there is NO BEEF/PORK in the nasi goreng , we served in our plates and after having couple of spoons of Nasi Goreng , we were shocked to see BEEF pieces in Nasi Goreng. This has seriously hurt our religious beliefs and the response we got was IGNORING Sorry :( Second --＞ The rooms must have definitely seen beautiful days but not anymore. - There is strong smell coming from bathroom and we have even got our room changed but no luck. - The dustbin has no covers. - The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains all over. - There is no fan so after they make up the room the floor will be slippery for a long time and my 2.9 year old kid fell down as well luckily not hurt. Third --＞ Our room was not made up on the 2nd day and after we complained to reception, they housekeeping staff did make our room. The positives on other side is - - Location - Location And Location You also get an discount to Taman Safari if you stay in this resort. I very well understand that this is not a star hotel/resort but I was expecting a good and sincere service. But this resort service didnt meet my expectations. Happy Travelling

Really great hotel to spend the weekend. I'll start off with the positive review: 1. Very good ambience, the location is a bit out of town but once you reach the place, you'll understand why it's there 2. Good for family, there are various facility and activity for kids such as mini outbound and kids club 3. Various breakfast menu, some of them are made to order such as porridge, noodles, and fried rice 4. Room is quite soundproof, thanks to thick glass to the balcony, I can't hear any noise from building construction next door 5. Service is top notch, it's 5-star hotel so it's expected My only complaint is the location, but overall I'd recommend this place for weekend or staycation with family.

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel and we always loves to stay in Pesona Alam. The room is okay (a bit small) and I personally think that they need to do some minor renovation to the room. The breakfast is great (lots of variety which we love). However, the check out time took forever. The staff were very slow. They charged 300 thousand rupiah for teh deposit and when they returned the money the staff said that they don't have small changes of 20 thousand. And it also happens to the person before me (and maybe after me as well). Suggestion to the hotel: prepare small changes if you charge deposit! We stayed in Pesona Alam but we visited the newer hotel next to it (Botanica Sanctuary). We tried their afternoon tea and we love it! View wise, Personal Alam has better mountain view. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.

It was very good! The people are so friendly and kind. They wil help you with everything. For example Andre drove with me to a ATM because it was not near the resort. And Rizal helpt good also with checking in and also other things. The only thing what we didn’t like that much was that the shower had a powerful ray. All by all. We enjoyed it very much en I really recommend it, when you want a relax en nice looking resort.
