We enjoyed staying at the hotel mainly for the location of it. The hotel is right in the city so within 3 minutes of walking you’re at the shopping area, which is really nice. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is of good quality but with limited choices. You do get to carry some bread or fruit with you in a small paper baggie if you don’t have time to sit down and eat. Overall for the price we payed and the location of the hotel I’d book this hotel again, but if you’d like a more luxurious experience at the hotel then this one is probably not the one.

Shortly decided to spend a day in the mountain country. The hotel I booked fits from the optics exactly into this region. Cosy, some would call it rustic. I like it anyway. At the height of the time is the checkin already. You enter the previously sent code and you've already finished with the checkin entry. The friendly staff has time for some smaltalk because the entire writing stuff is dropped. The rooms are like the house: cozy and mostly freshly renovated and top clean. You can well stand in the rooms. However, I was driven into the tastefully furnished lounge, where you would like to let the day out with one or two drinks. The next morning it went to the modernly furnished breakfast room. Even on the way there you will be attracted by the smell of the brown bacon. Be it whole cereal bread or croissant, cheese or sauce. Everything is delicious, sufficiently available and if you put the price for breakfast in relation to the offer a ”snapper” Because check-out is, for the rest, as easy as check-out. Just go through the door to the parking house and leave. No Key-loading-simply well-being.

Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They do not understand very well in English. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. The city center is about 15 minutes by car. We were in Dusseldorf for 10 days and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small. A small registration hall is next to the breakfast area. Rooms are spacious. Furniture and finishing are matched to a 3-star hotel. In the bathroom only soap. There are no slippers. We stayed here one night as we wanted to visit Wuppertal to go on the suspended railway. The hotel is ideally situated just 2 minutes walk from Landgerich station. The hotel is extremely clean & bright. We had a triple room which was extremely spacious. There was plenty of hanging space. The bathroom was a reasonable size & there were plenty of towels & toiletries. Checkout is 12pm. There’s a free car park, this isn’t huge so just be aware of this, we didn’t arrive until after 8pm & managed to find a space. There are a number of electric charging points in the carpark for those needing them. We were able to leave the car in the car park all day whilst we used the suspended railway. Just a note for those using Landgerich station, the ticket machine at the bottom of the stairs only took coins, not notes or cards, but if you go up to the platform there is another machine which does take cards. It was all very easy to use.

The reservation was made last week via a booking portal for 3 nights. The effort to cancel breakfast again after the reservation was inappropriately high and it was a huge time-expenditure. At the check-in it was not even documented and had to be removed again and it was repeatedly required a correction of the bill. Duration: 30 minutes! A AMEX card is not accepted and had a further workload on Monday morning with more than 10 calls. At the end of the hotel has decided to accept after many hours. The decision maker was not handy at the time. Neither to clarify in the morning nor at check-in in the evening the reception was occupied and you had to wait a while. This stress and effort is hardly feasible in the external service. The hotel is located directly on a very frequent street crossing and a very special charm. The separate entrance reminds a little of the passage of a train station. The rooms are small and spartanianly furnished without a great demand but clean.
